"Xoom is very good for sending cash in small quantities, it is very fast, I send money to Mexico and it takes about 30 minutes for my money to be picked up. However when paying CFE (Mexico electric company) it works some times and other times not at all. When I am back in Canada I need to have a means to pay my electric online and I though Xoom was the answer but after about a year, it is a hit and miss so I have to scramble to find someone to pay my bill in person. I will give them one more try and if it does not work for the next billing cycle I will find another means to pay."

"I made several transactions to the same recipient. Out of no where the compliance block future transactions to the same recipient with no legitimate explanation whatsoever. When I called, they told me they would look into it and I still got no follow up.

They systematically block all transactions because the compliance team wants to check and they send you stale questions every time. Such a poor and a manual approach for what's supposed to be tech company."
