"I Luv Xpcases.com!!! I ordered the BXA2XPW420 blue Xspider Aluminum case and the blue keyboard and mouse combo before I went to work and I received a order confirmation email right away. Later that moring I received another email stating my order was shipped and also had a tracking number. But there was no need to track my order because I got my order the next day since I live in L.A. and the best part was I only paid for Ground and the service I got was like OVERNITE!!!
Their shipping however was a little bit higher than the other stores I was looking thru but I still went with them anyway because

1. Xpcases had a 10 from their customers reviews unlike all the other sites i visited (some of hte other stores had like 2.6 something for their score! What are they crooks!?!?

2. Their prices are very competitive especially on the keyboard mouse combo

3. They were the 1st and only one that had the Xspider Aluminum case and again the keyboard mouse combo was the BEST DEAL I've seen!

Also, the Xspider case and the keyboard mouse combo I ordered came in together in a larger outer box with lot's of foam pop corn packaging material VERY PROFESSIONAL so the higher shipping and handling costs were justified. I luv this company and I luv Resellerratings for the guidance.
There's NO DOUBT i will buy my next case and accessories from them (next month Xpcases if you are reading this).

"First time customer and plus many more: My decision to buy from xpcases.com is the service. Their friendly professional staffs help to answer all my questions within an two hour windows. Not to mention way before I even placed my order. I've tried at least 5 other sites including this one with questions (Items related questions) and out of those 5 only two of them replied to my email. But xpcases.com replied within two hours and after that its almost like chatting. And the other one well about 3 days later.

I really do appreciate the extra service they provided for me. I had some minor defect on the case front panel. After emailing them the new part is on its way within the same day free of charge and not to mention no need to send the old part back either. They really go the extra miles for their customers.

As for prices,selections & shipping methods I think it's very competive and some what better than other I've dealt with. With over all from a scale of 1-5 I will give it a 5 out of 5, especially for the outstanding service.

"Great reseller - pretty decent selection of cases and the *only* company that sold the Chieftec Xpider case I wanted.

Had some problems with my initial order. Turns out that they don't accept Debit cards - which puts them in the minority of online resellers/retailers. I replaced the order using a standard credit card and it was then processed very quickly. Took 3 business days to arrive at my home.

Product was exactly as described.

One other minor disappointment in the transaction: I originally wanted to purchase the case without a PSU (I already had one) and without the colored fans (wrong color for my intended scheme). I asked if this configuration was available, but was told that they arrive from their supplier this way.

Communications via email were great. My questions were answered promptly and accurately.

"Cool pc cases and lowest prices I found anywhere and very fast service n delivery too! I ordered a pc case from them last friday and they sent me an email confirming shiping of my case a coupla hours later. I received my case on monday and it was new and looked just like on their site.
