"I was a first time customer and came back the next week for more add-on items. They ship fast, have good online & email service and support is super fast as well. I give them a 10 out of 10. Security for on-line purchases was well implemented from my viewpoint. I recommended them to 3 friends just today. You'll be hard pressed to find a lower price. I tried. I did have to turn my fan around so that it would blow onto the motherboard, it was set to exhaust. It made more sense to me this way. The product I received was double wrapped and not too much of that nasty foam packing that isn't recycleable, though most everyone is using that. I got some fans from elsewhere that were higher quality but XPCases fans were actually better so I took those back and ordered more fans from XPCases for less money. Weird that XPCase stuff was better made, quieter and pushed just as much air. I could use more screws though. They need some custom screws to round out some of the mods they sell. Fantastic prices. I also bookmarked them because they have monthly sales. I got their light kit for about 60% off. It's sweet. What more can I say? Oh ya, one scratch on my case liner but the packaging protected it and the case was fine. Might have been UPS there but the double packaging saved it."
