"I was having problems with my ASUS ROG Strix SCAR 16, when running pytorch/ubuntu the NVME channel involved in intense data transfer it would over heat and crash. Xotic excellent support team upgraded the MB bios and FW for Samsung NVME. They also recommended the copper nvme heat sinks and their laptop fan cooler. Just got it back 2 days and so far no more crashes (fingers crossed) "
