"When you pay for priority build and immediate part allocation and it takes weeks for them to give you an update is very annoying I had to reach out and see what’s taking so long to be told “your gpu had to be ordered we expect it by the end of next week” this **** me off due to paying for it in full and paid extra to have it sooner and it’s not been one month since I ordered it and I still don’t have it so I feel I wasted my money for rush build and the fact I had to reach out to see what’s going on is not okay if there was a delay you should contact the customer immediately let them know what’s going on that’s good customer service we should not have to reach out and ask! There is however two gentleman who work there that I very much enjoy speaking with which is the only reason I’m giving Them a 4 instead of 2 star Jeffery and Eric have been excellent help and if it wasn’t for them I would have gotten All 11k back for my computer and gone elsewhere. The biggest complaint is they don’t not tell the customer when there is a delay until you ask them about it then you’ll receive an email the following day saying “sorry about the delay blah blah” I mean they have the most options so I recommend them if you have the patience to wait without any word or you don’t mind messaging them every week like I do haha. "
"After accidentally hitting the wrong button it would not let me reset and use the correct buying option that i was pre approved for. After approximately 17 hours it did reset and the rest of the experience was good."
