"Customer service has been amazing throughout my purchase and made it very smooth even when i was in doubt or having trouble with my order. The laptop came in good working order and i have no complaints so far on the build quality. Even added on replacing the thermal pasting and upgraded the wifi card days after purchasing the laptop. Shipping was quick and fast, much faster then i had expected. "
"They are very helpful in letting have options to make payments on a PC. Making it affordable and accessible with high quality. "
"They proactively reached out and helped with questions that I had. Amazing customer experience so far. Look forward to the finished product. "
"Awesome selection, customization options, and customer service. What else can you ask for."
"I was going between buying a laptop on OriginPC and XOTICPC for a good month, and there were 2 things that made me buy from XOTICPC instead.
(1) The customer service from XOTIC is leaps & bounds better than OriginPC’s. Origin takes longer, and has a lower efficiency at answering questions. It felt like I was asking a detailed question to get a one sentence response back from them that took 3 days to write, compared to XOTIC where I got a fully detailed response to my questions within a day. This to me shows that XOTIC actually cared enough about the consumer to read the question(s) and think of a response to ensure my understanding whereas Origin made it seem like I was bothering them with my questions & couldn’t take more than a minute to answer my questions.
(2) The customization options and services offered were WAY better and more affordable on XOTIC compared to OriginPC. For almost the same laptop that I was customizing on both sites, XOTIC offered newer tech at better prices and better package deals when compared to Origin’s offerings.
Also, XOTIC had a customer service rep follow up with me personally to see if I needed any help with my order before I submitted it since I had it in my cart for a couple of days while I was waiting to get my paycheck. This was not one of those automated messages sent of “You left something in your cart. Please contact us with questions” but an actual written message by an actual person. I didn’t receive anything like that from Origin and I actually started with customizing my laptop on their site 2 days before I started on XOTIC. So again, the personal touch was very nice which means if I end up having an issue in the future I know I will be getting an amazing customer service experience with XOTIC versus a most likely frustrating one with Origin based on what I’ve received from both companies so far. This means I was able to buy with confidence from XOTIC knowing I’m getting both an amazing product that will be fully tested before being shipped to me and full confidence that any issues that may pop-up in the future for me will be handled with great care by a knowledgeable customer service rep & taken care of by great technicians."
"This is my 2nd purchase from Xotic. So far I have had no issues with clear build/shipping times and I hope this computer performs as well as my first! I will always look here first for my next gaming laptop."
"A friend of my bought one of your pc for about 2 years now still works smoothly and faster than before. You are the best."
"excellent product. completely happy - seems that 2 years later I am receiving issues with hardware though. product is now deadlined."
"I'm not afraid to say I only got an $800 loan but every single thing I found was over $800 at the end with tax and shipping so a few things that would be a plus would making be making sure at least one or two computers or laptops or tablets or anything of that nature would be a little lower to make sure the customer could get them after tax and shipping. Other than that the options and everything at this point have been good but I have not received my computer yet so I have not been able to evaluate that"
"Built exactly like I wanted. Cable management in point. Super fast shipping. Couldn’t be happier "
"Xotic-PC is the kind of company that once they put their name on a product, they keep their customers' happiness and satisfaction bundled with an unmatchable customer care experience. About two years ago, I accidentally found their advertisement on Instagram and decided that I no longer have the urge to build my own PCs. Buying parts from Newegg just seemed like too much of a hassle, so I went with Xotic. My new Avanger arrived beautifully packaged and fully functional, equipped with blinding LED lights and a fresh copy of Windows. I was impressed, to say the least. But about twenty months later, the motherboard crashed and the drive followed. Given that the PC was under constant pressure from running 24/7 I could not blame Xcotic-PC, not even could I blame myself for that matter, but my lack of time and effort to fix it, led me to the point where I decided to just place this responsibility in someone else's hands, and trust me, even Geek Squad asked me if I wished to donate it. Then, just when I finally forced myself to take the matter into my own hands, I sent an email to the company requesting help with saving time on digging up the information for the new parts, when they just asked, "would like to ship it". Zero obligations, 100% free. WOW, was I surprised not even two weeks later. And the best part is that the warranty wasn't even included when I originally purchased my desktop, it was added on later as a "Limited Lifetime Service Policy" to every model ever purchased from the company that actually cares for what they sell to the masses, and if you value trust, I wouldn't spend my dime elsewhere. "
"The laptop is very nice and was built and shipped within 24 hours. Great Service. Thank you. "
"The web site was extremely "easy" to navigate and allowed "easy" customization of my new gaming laptop. Took a lot of guess work out of the configuration and allowed me to get the build that I wanted. "
"straight up lied. said i would get a trade in offer with in minutes nope its 48 hours now"
"I asked a question online with the "chat" option, and waited forever. Only to be dismissed with a prompt "sorry we missed you", I was at my computer staring at the screen the entire time. That, in and of itself, is usually a red flag. But I proceeded to purchase my wife's laptop. She's a county nurse here in San Diego, and an avid gamer. I figure, when she gets some time again, she can enjoy playing her favorite games. I am however feeling the pressure of the "rate me now, rate me then, rate me every f'n step of the journey-generation" with this insipid "How was your experience with Xotic PC?". Average, well below if you ask me, most places have a laptop up and out in a lot less time. But that is not why I'm purchasing from Xotic PC. I'm also purchasing an overpriced device, that will undoubtedly lose value as soon as i drive it off the lot, because with twin 7 year olds my wife and I have put our Yearly upgrades on hold for the past... 8 years. And you are not really purchasing a device, you are purchasing a time machine, hearkening back to an age of "6 weeks for delivery". Thrusting you back to the ever-growing anticipation I see in her eyes every day when she asks, "what's the status?", or "I can't wait to play... this, or that?". And, granted, most of the games we play can be played on a potato, but why not a potato with ray tracing and a gig of ram per thread? Sure, you can pay a few hundred more for "rush", only to be told that it's subject to parts availability, union rules, weather, covid, employee whim or whatever rationalized excuse they can think of. But why deny my wife something to look forward to after 12-16 hour shifts with ungrateful patients, demanding hours, excruciating overtime and barely enough time to eat dinner with the family or get enough rest? So my experience, to sum it up, is still in progress... Full disclosure, shipping has not occurred yet and will not for some time. Also, the "returned" item portion is not applicable at this time, they just insist I put something there. The customer service, however, yeah getting dumped on chat after waiting over 50 minutes, while looking directly at my screen... spot on, one star!"
"I was happy I was able to choose among the variety of laptops they had so I could get one that would fit for my work. After having built PCs myself I really had specific things I wanted in a laptop "
