"I received prompt responses whether by email or phone, so that's a huge plus. Some businesses have completely outsourced their customer service department, take days to return customer inquiries or simply outright ignore the customer. It is nice to see XoticPC not take shortcuts here.

The products to choose from are nice, as is the trade-in option. A cash discount too? There are a lot of reasons to buy from Xotic.

My only complaint is it was like pulling teeth when I asked a question about sales tax. Each person I talked to about the matter prevaricated and that does make me uneasy. This should be addressed internally. I'll knock 1 star off my review. Still, in comparison to its peers, XoticPC is doing a good job"

"I qualified for a free mouse cut couldn't figure out how to get it, so after I finished my order contacted customer service and they were able to add it on for me."

"I was able to score the legendary asus zephyrus duo 16 on this site without any issues. I tried other sites like BLT and gentech but they either don't have full information or just simply can't take orders. Also price comparison wise although Xotic will require tax its still rather a pain free purchase experience."
