I first want to say these people are AWESOME! If there was an award for going the extra mile in customer support, they would take it hands down! They really are "Support Heros"
I received my laptop very quickly. And i was happy to learn that they do have tracking for your build during your wait. BUT... After I placed my order I had changed the color and was assured it would be ok, it wasn't unfortunately. They had applied the color I had originally chosen. When I turned the unit on, the first thing my eyes went to were a tiny (but there) group of dead pixels.
I had received the package after their store hours. Not a big deal because they were RIGHT ON THINGS as SOON as they got the messages the next morning. They were AWESOME! Again they answered all my questions and got me all set to send the unit back for a new build. They're even doing the build as a rush for free.
As far as the unit itself, I loved it! And honestly if it wasn't for the dead pixels, I would've kept it. The Plum Crazy Purple paint looked cool. I know the wrap I changed it to (and was supposed to be applied, not the paint) will look just as good if not better.
I will do ANOTHER review when I receive my new, new laptop. I'll be getting the MSI SUMMIT E16FLIP A12UDT-006 2-IN-1

"I wanted to start off by saying that after hearing about XOTIC PC, I was immediately very pleased with the things I saw on the website, competitive prices, awesome customer support, great customer service experiences mentioned. My boyfriend is a software engineer and its safe to say he is a little bit picky about computers especially when he knows what he needs/ wants. I am in the medical field and know next to nothing about computers but want to get into vlogging, blogging and basically to keep up with the times. Everything I was seeing on XOTIC PC stood out positively to me and it remained that way throughout my experience. When I was shopping the company was awesome at answering my questions. XOTICPC took their time in making sure I understood what I needed to so that I could make the right purchase and have everything I needed. Due to national shortages in just about everything we had a tiny delay in getting our computer parts in order for the build and completion of the order. My boyfriend was massively excited for our new toys and so was I so the delay came as a slight frustration but it really wasn't very long and the company helped us find new computers if we didn't want to face a delay. They were understanding and supportive even when I was totally ignorant of the process and dealing with me and my BF who was travelling out of the country at the time. It was very difficult to get everything organized on our end with the purchaser out of the country but they stayed patient, understanding, informative and kind. XOTIC walked us through the options and kept us informed and treated us absolutely perfectly throughout!!!!!! I am 100% satisfied with this company and would recommend them to company's or for private purchases like ours. Thank you XOTIC for being so informative, patient and supportive. Sorry that I was so hard to deal with!!!!
