"I am awaiting my laptop and I really want to make a first time video review about my opinion on it. I’ve been doing a ton of research on your products and feel I made the best decision on a gaming and work laptop.
I’ve gone on over 10 different websites and I’d have to say the functionality and the smoothness of looking for a laptop was by far the best. I enjoyed looking through your laptop selections and I feel they are reasonably priced. As for financing options you have the best. I really love breads 36 month option. As for someone who is building credit it’s a A+ for me. The discounts were a little disappointing but not the worse as I’ve come across on some websites that offer zero discounts. 25$ off anything above $1600 and 50$ over $3500. You could totally add something for $2500 as I feel that is a big amount as well. Maybe $25, $50 and $75.
I do wish you guys had a 5% first responder discount by I’d.me as do some other websites.
I did get a free mouse as well so overall I’m still completely satisfied with my purchase experience.
As for customer service and sales question I give an A+. I had many questions about what they offer and they were more than happy to explain certain upgrades. The customer service also was great in helping me punch in my coupons I forgot to add. They kept mr super happy and that’s why I give them an A+ as it’s important to be understanding and resolved customers concerns and to have to the right knowledge to make me feel comfortable with upgrades on my laptop. I literally returned a laptop on another website and was going to repurchase from them until I ran across this website which was on a Facebook ad luckily. They took days to respond to me and were helpful but not quick enough as the window closed as soon as I found Xotic. I’m so happy I didn’t fall through with that purchase as the upgrade options by Xotic are well worth it and they do not charge an arm and a leg for the upgrades. Fuji cooling pads as well as grizzly paste is a must. I love that they offer graphics card over clock. I do wish they’d offer a bundle discount depending on the number of upgrades you can add. Discount just on upgrades like 5% off 4 or more upgrades would be cool but not needed. I also enjoy the option of rush build as I purchased it two days ago and it’s already in final stages before it is being sent out. This is a work computer so having a company fall through with the rush build is a must. I look forward to trying out more products as the years pass. Again thank you Xotic team members! "

"I ordered a customizable laptop at the end of April for $2,750. I understand there have been Covid delays in the supply chain so I was patient with their emails every few weeks changing the shipping date. A few months of waiting laterI was told the laptop I ordered was now EOL. I ordered a less expensive laptop and expected a refund of over $400. I was told I wouldn't get the refund until they shipped my new order! In the meantime they had the use of my money since the end of April! They promised me a rush build and then forgot to add it to the order. Finally in August I cancelled my order in disgust. Ridiculous customer service - never again."
