"I was pretty new at ordering stuff and getting help with adapters and water cooling equipment. After the warranty was up on my 400$ EXOS 2 LX, the pump went out. Surprisingly the EXOS is pretty straight forward to render and replace parts.
I don't think Xoxide is that great at Tech help, I had to contact Koolance for issues and answers. Koolance helped me sort stuff out, but I couldn't get a better price for parts through Xoxide. I just wish they would let you return stuff after 15 days. Now I am stuck with a bunch of tubing adapters 1/4 ID X 3/8 OD I will never use. So if you buy something, better do some serious and intense research before ordering parts. And watch out when ordering tubing from Xoxide, some of it won't fit your adapters ..... "

After much anticipation item arrived in time for Christmas. Unfortunately when the item was plugged in it gave a keyboard failure. Even after software install for full media support for the keyboard was installed it still did not work.

This PRODUCT SUCKS, Don't Buy It.

I have yet to contact customer service about this issue due to time constraints around the holiday, but i hope it can be rectified somehow. I will post how the customer service handles this issue.

"The buttons work just fine. Watch the leads as the spacing for pins 1 & 2 are not universal. I could only use two pieces out of the kit for my non-proprietary mother board. Would be better to sell different configured parts individually. Or just use old spare case switches."
