"Xoxide is a great website chock full of hard to find in store items at very reasonable prices. Their products are novel, but not sold at novelty prices. Their product line is vast and up to date with current technology. Their customer service is quick, friendly, and helpful. I have used Xoxide to take advantage of my clear acrylic case and fill it with UV blue case fans, and SATA cable; Pink UV wire sleeving,and a couple of UV laser lights. I am excited to shop at Xoxide again (when I can spend more money =P )and fill up my case with UV cold cathodes, and fill my empty drive bays with a fan controller, an ibox, and an xray cupholder/cigarette lighter. After visiting Xoxide I was inspired to buy a dremel engraver and etch the entire side panel. Xoxide online inventory status stated that item was in stock. I paid via Paypal. After waiting days for a shipping confirmation, I called an emailed Xoxide for a status on when my item would be shipped. They would not give me a status on the phone and waited until the following day to inform me that the item was not in stock. I immediately requested a refund. They took a week to process my refund when I paid via PayPal! I didn't receive my refund until Dec 6! Unprofessional, dishonest vendor! I will never do business with them again!"
