"I had two orders I put one in on 10/14/2010 -23828 and one on 10/15/2010 -23895. Over $200 of merchandise. The second order I didn't have a problem with. The first order was for a R.A.T. 7 Mouse and it was DOA on the day I recieved it. I sent an email that Friday about that I called support and they said it needed to be exchanged. Monday rolled around and still no RMA from XoXide so I called them and after a bunch a questions I recieved my RMA # x923828.

I shipped the mouse out the next day 10/26 and I got a confirmation on Delivery of 10/28. I called Xoxide again Nov 2 and they said that the RMA wasn't processed yet, that the package was sitting some where. They told me maybe by Nov 7th it will be processed. As of this writing 11/5 I have still have not recieved word if my RMA was processed yet. Why does it take over a week for a Return to be processed I never heard of such a thing and then it's going to take another week for me to receive my mouse. I'm lucky if it gets her by Nov 19th. That's over a month. I'm not pleased at this point. And the fact that the guy laughed when he said oh maybe by the weekend the RMA will be processed doesn't instill in me any further purchases from Xoxide, especially having spent so much money there and recieving a run around with the return.

"Many sellers claim that they will make sure that your experience with them is great, Xoxide is one of a few that actually does that. Aside from that they also have the best prices, and not to mention shipping is very reasonable! I ordered two cathode tubes and when I received them, one was broken due to rough handling at the post office i believe. I used their RMA process and it was simple and quick. I had a new functioning tube within the next few days. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for quality parts for their PC or other."

"I like unique items and Xoxide has a lot of them. I collect energy drinks and Xoxide allows me to purchase singles rather than cases which saves me a lot of money not to mention the fact that they have cool drinks that I have been able to add to my collection of 1500. (full). I also bought an led shower head and faucet adapter that changes colors with the temperature of the water which is very cool and works great. It starts out green and turns blue when water gets warm and turns red when the water gets hot. When the water gets really hot it starts flashes red. Quite the conversation piece too. "This actually involves two orders for the same project, XOXIDE-22864 and XOXIDE-23209.

In the first order were seven Logisys Lazer LEDs of various colors. Three of these were correct but four were not the Logisys product, had a different colored shell and did not have the Molex connectors, just bare wires. I called and was told the items I ordered were not in stock. Xoxide offered to send me Molex adapters for the lights which would have been fine except that what I got was the male Molex plastic shells with female metal pins. This didn’t do me a lot of good.

Also on the first order were two Logisys 15in Cold Cathode w/ Sound Module, one red and one blue. One of these worked for about five minutes (I’m talking about the sound activation part) and the other didn’t work at all. I don’t blame Xoxide for this but Logisys seems to have a problem with this product.

In the second order were two 12in Secondary Cold Cathode tubes, one red and one blue. The blue one matched my existing tubes but the red one was quite different in appearance and glowed differently.
I accepted these products because I had a time limitation on getting this project done. The rest of my order was correct and shipped properly. I do wish that Xoxide would work on shipping the right product and letting the customer know when items are out of stock. I am a little reluctant to order lights from them again.

"This gaming case is by far the best case I have used. The 3 fans on front, 2 on back, 2 on top and one on the side makes it absolutely phenominal when it comes to cooling down the rig. Also, with the air filters inside the front three intake fans, it catches all dust(Works good in a dirsty room lol). "I ordered one Lian Li Aluminum drive bay cover @$2.99 (which is fragile and weighs a fraction of an ounce). The item was to be installed on a very high-end case and needed to look good. They wanted $3.91 for ground shipping so I padded the order with a couple of other small items to make the merchandise/shipping ratio more favorable. The order was fulfilled in a couple of days and received via USPS within about a week. The drive cover arrived in bent and scratched condition because of the thoughtless and lazy method of packing. It was nakedly thrown into a cheap bubble-lined manila shipping envelope and mailed, without so much as a plastic bag to protect it from the other items in the envelope. My total order amounted to less than ten dollars, so I decided to just write it off as a learning experience. By the way, the only reason I took the time to write this review is that they nagged me by email to rate their service after I very deliberately indicated on the order page that I did not wish to do so."
