"The LED Acrylic Footstep are a great mod in different ways. First off it gives a great glow making it seem as if the case is floating. Second, it made the case taller, and this is great for cases with a bottom mounted Power Supply. It was an easy install and for what its worth, I'd give it 5 stars."

"Wish I knew about this site before I ordered (read below for how I found this site!) Take careful note of the difference between the 6 month rating and the lifetime rating before you order!

I placed an order on Sep 18, 2010 for over $170. Did not hear anything from the company so I emailed them on Sep 24th. Received a reply on Sep 27th stating the entire order was on hold because 1 item (worth $6.99) was back ordered.

After offering to pay extra for shipping, they decided to ship the rest of the order on Sep 30th (note: they did not charge me extra for shipping, but most legitimate companies would not have held up the entire order for just one item…this tells me they are operating on a shoestring and cannot afford to pay for shipping two packages!!)

Received shipment on Oct 5th, missing the key piece of the order, the computer case! Looking at the invoice, I got the feeling that the case might be on back order, so I emailed the company asking if this was true.

Received a reply that cases are shipped separately and to expect it within 3 days. Received an email on Oct 8th stating the case is on back order!(3 days AFTER I was told that it was not on back order). Cory said they have the exact same case in UV-reactive, but the transparent case I ordered would be a 2 week back order. I told them to go ahead and send the UV-reactive case.

So the case was sent out on the 12th. Received the case on Oct 15th (nearly one month after ordering from a web site that will not allow you to put an item that is not in stock into your shopping cart).

As it turns out, the case I received WAS NOT the UV-reactive case, but the transparent case I ordered!

Now, how did I find this web site? Received an email from the company on Oct 9th saying that since I was already enjoying my items, would I be so kind as to write a review for them! NOTE: This is the day after I was told that they said the case was on back order, which was three days after I was told the case was not on back order, which was 17 days AFTER I placed the order!

They do have a good selection of items, and the prices are good…if you have time to deal with the keystone cops, go ahead and order from here…but if you are on a deadline for a friend and/or a customer, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Some advice for Xoxide…I know it is easier to have canned lines for your emails, but if you are dealing with problems, or have or having to contact a customer to tell them that you have yet again failed to deliver, you may not want to have the canned response 'thank you for contacting Xoxide.com' and 'Please let us know if we can be of further assistance, we look forward to serving you again soon.' It makes me realize that this company probably only consist of a staff of one (which would be Cory, mentioned in other ratings on this website) Instead, how about actually crafting an email? And make sure you don't ask me to submit a rating when you are STILL screwing up by the numbers on my order!

Can't wait for the response from Cory!

"Ordered from Xoxide. com on 2010.10.02 Prices for the items I purchased seemed quite good, and shipping charge seemed to be a flat-rate (at least it didn't change as I added items) of three bucks and change. Shipping time was a little longer than what I'm used to, but not unreasonable.

A small item was missing from the shipping box, likely fell out in-transit. After two short emails (I gave the wrong order # in the first one), Cory informed me that a replacement would be sent out ASAP. About two months later, I still hadn't received the replacement or an update on it's status, so I sent another email. Cory apologized, claiming there had been a problem with their supplier and that the item would be sent out right away (I believe it more likely that they forgot about it, or hoped I would). All emails were replied to in less than 24 hours and, except for the follow-up email, I had to jump through NO hoops whatsoever to get the replacement. The replacement part arrived a few days later, and I even received an extra of the item (I had originally ordered two, but only one was missing and that's all I asked for).

Yes something went wrong, but they stepped-up with some good, if somewhat slow, customer service and made it right. That's the kind of thing that inspires confidence in a vendor (for me, at least).

I would order form Xoxide.com again.

"The fan filter screens that I purchased are perfect for the application that I am using them. I place them on a cabinet to protect a fan I place inside the cabinet. They work perfectly. The purchase process was flawless as well - I did not need many, they had the number in stock I required. The price was very good and reasonable and fair shipping costs. They shipped immediately and are in use as we speak. I will use Xoxide.com when my future fan needs arise."

"I am a recent customer of Xoxide.com. I recently had an item come damaged in the mail. I called them first day I got it an talked to an employee who said he'd ship me out a new case without even exchanging for the broken one I just recieved! I was very happy to hear that because I didn't want to have to pay for shipping to send back the damaged item! After two days I was wondering if I'd be receiving a tracking #? So I emailed them and one of their employee's Nathan responded to me promptly. He told me he had exchange on the order but he'd take care of it on Monday for me. On Tuesday he sent me out a tracking # for the item! I was extremely happy to see that and I recommend doing business with Xoxide for computer parts. They have unique items that you can't find at Newegg or Tigerdirect! Thanks Nathan, the item came in perfect condition an looks great!"

"I found a product on Xoxide that I couldn't find on other sites. It arrived safely and top notch goods. I did, however, not receive a tracking number. After contacting Xoxide, I received the package on 9/16/10. My tracking number was sent via email on 9/17/10."

"I purchased a Logisys Jumbo Blue Lazer LED on 9/10/10 from XOXIDE.com. This product works very well in the case that I installed it it. The fact that the leds are all at different angles really lights up the inside of my case. Before, I tried to achieve this look with led case fans and was really disappointed. Its not too bright, but just right. I am very satisfied with the product. I must say that XOXIDE.com shipped my order fast and I had my merchandise in just a few days. I am well pleased with the product and service that I received."

"2 MONTHS later and still no parts. Only after emailing the company was I able to find out that the parts I ordered were out of stock. Shockingly, the website STILL shows the parts as "In Stock". They clearly are not. I was never given an ETA for the parts and when I called them the first time they told me my order was shipping that day. A BLATANT LIE. The people who run this site have no concept of customer service and I doubt they care."

"****AVOID THIS HORRIBLE SELLER******

I ordered 3 metal faceplates for my case. Xoxide charged for all three, but only shipped two. They were shipped USPS in an envelope floating free with absolutely NO packing material. They arrived scratched and bent, as would be expected when such a shipping method is used. They haven't responded to my emails, and do not answer phone calls. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

Luckily I only ordered a few small items. I shudder to think what would happen if I had ordered something more expensive.

I have looked over some of their responses to other customers on this site, and I can tell you flat out that they are lying, or the people who respond here have never been to the shipping room. I read somewhere that this company changed owners not too long ago - perhaps they were once a good place to shop? They certainly are no longer.

"Over the years I have done business with this company, I have never once had a bad experience. They provide a customer review section on every product that lets purchasers say what they want about the products they offer. This feature alone is enough to make many people appreciate them, but their service doesn't stop there. I once received the wrong product, an even more expensive product at that. No sooner than I contacted them about the error, they quickly sent me the proper item, as well as gave me free shipping on my next order, no matter the amount. I also had an error where they listed a computer case to show it came with 90mm fans. When it did not, they sent me the fans at their own expense, because the company they purchased the case from made the error, not them. I love Xoxide, and will forever do business with them and them only. My only wish is that they remain as great of a company as they are now. Thank you Xoxide.

Oh, and the two bad experiences listed above, as you can see, where not bad at all thanks to their awesome customer support. I have had many, many other experiences with them where everything worked out as it should, I just wanted to point out that they are a great company, even when they do make mistakes. Sure wish other places did the same...
