Xoxide processed the order fast and USPS delivery came through as it usually does. It was an uneventful purchase with nothing to report on the up or downside.
I do have one suggestion Xoxide. While your shipments tracking may not be available right away for USPS shipments please update the Order Status itself as shipped or processing or whatever.

"I am disappointed in the item I received. I was shopping for a smaller box for my computer and based on the dimensions on your website, the box was supposed to be smaller but it is the same size as my current box. Furthermore, it will cost me a good deal just to return the box after paying shipping and a restocking fee. I am very disappointed with xoxide.com and I have no inclinations at this time to refer anyone to xoxide.com for purchases. Instead, I will direct them to newegg.com or amazon.com, who have the correct dimensions (in inches), are more reasonably priced and have a much friendlier return process. I was shocked, too, by the cost of shipping for this box. I feel I paid too much for something that wasn't that great. "
"shockingly bad i have to say,
i ordered a keyboard and a t-shirt and paid with my credit card but not before asking how my order will be shipped. The customer service replied with a total of 3 words: "We use FedEx"
Good i thought and i went ahead and placed an order just to wait a total of 7 days to get my order processed. After several E-Mails with the company (in which i never received a formal opening like: "Dear Mr. ..." or even a "Hello"), i received the shipping conformation with the tracking number of USPS whereas i got promised that my order will be shipped with FedEx.
This is a big deal for me and the main reason why i ordered from them in the first place as the country where i am staying at the moment has not a very reliable postal system.
I also found out that it took 3 business days between the shipping conformation and the actual shipping.
Now i still didnt receive my order placed on the 19. April and today is the 17. May.
I know that Xoxide cant be held directly responsible for the long transit time but they didn't ship with a parcel service as promised.
Overall i have to say that Xoxide is not a reliable shop because the order processing took way too long, their customer service is unprofessional in writing mails and on top of all they failed to do what was for me the key point to buy of them (use FedEx for shipping).
I write this review because Xoxide sent me a mail asking me to share my experiences with them.
They might be good for domestic orders but as an international customer i would stay far away from them.

The light for the hard drive usage doesn't work, the door to cover the usb ports doesn't open and close properly, it came off. "Poor customer service via email. I received a broken computer case and emailed them. They acted like I should be able to give them every detail about it and I sent photos and they wanted me to figure out where the broken pieces came from like I was some expert. This took days to get the info to them and then they told me that they couldn't send me the replacement parts unless I could figure out where the broken pins came from and send them a photo. I was irritated with this so I inquired about getting a new item, I paid for return shipping out of my pocket for the item and now they are telling me they did not get it back eventhough the delivery confirmation says they did. All I want is a brand new computer case that I paid for and to stop getting the run around from them. I think it's crappy customer service and if someone else carried this computer case that I really want I would gladly order it elsewhere. Very disappointing, I will not order from them again and I still want my new case."
