"I ordered ergonomic floor mats. The original order took about a while to arrive (4 weeks). When I called customer service, I was told they were behind since there were a lot of orders (it was around Christmas). When the mats arrived, I discovered they were not the right match to my floor color (which can be a problem when ordering online) so I sent them back and reordered. When talking to customer service about exchanging them, I discovered they had a 25% restocking fee if I did not reorder, which seem very high. Since I already planned to order them in another color, that did not affect me. In sending the original order back, the cost was almost half the price of the total order so it ended up being very expensive. When I got the re-ordered mats, they turned out to be a good color. The product is high quality. In the past, I ordered from XpressMats and found the quality to be very high as well. Their customer service was responsive to inquires and kept me informed of my order's status."
