Five weeks later we received the 3 short shipped boxes only to find they don't join up as we were told they would. they now ask us to ship them back and for 400.00 more they will send mats that will do the job. Despite the obvious signs (a light on the step, signs posted to watch your step and a handrail.) Needless to say I'm responsible for her lost wages and she's a waitress at another restaurant. Now I take great pleasure when customers approach the step. They stop and read the "Caution watch your Step" I LOVE IT!!!!!!!"

"The carpets are not the size you order and pay for. They are 3-4 inches smaller in width and length. Then I received a defective carpet after waiting 4 weeks for them. Replaced it with the wrong carpet after another week wait. Still waiting on 2nd replacement. One good thing customer service is great!"
