"I placed my order on Dec. 11 with an estimated ship date of Dec. 16 and an estimated arrival date between Dec. 22 & Dec. 24. It also stated arrival by Christmas. On Dec 19 I realized I had not heard anything about my order shipping so I called to inquire about the status. I was told there was an estimated ship date of Dec. 29. I was told "well, with the Christmas rush there is a delay." I would never have placed the order if it was not possible to receive it by Christmas since this was a gift for my daughter-in-law. It's not fair to state online that there is arrival by Christmas if that's not possible. I did cancel my order. "

I wasn't notified of a shipment date until Dec 29, 2014
and indicated delivery would be Jan 7, 2015.
I guess I will have to wait and see if it will be delivered.
