"The shipment was late. Therefore my son and daughter-in-law had already come and gone. It was one of their Christmas presents. However, your company employee who handled my call was able to intercept the shipment to my house and send it to them in VT. He was very helpful in solving the problem."

"I ordered three custom welcome mats for our family Christmas. None of them were shipped on the date they said they would be so we were unable to gift them. The customer service agent was very nice though! He apologized for the delay in shipping, canceled two of our mats (we had purchased different gifts by this time) & offered to pay for shipping to get the other mat to the person it was going to. However, once the one mat arrived, it did not have the personalization on it that I'd ordered. It was blank where the name was supposed to be printed so they ended up refunding me my full amount & shipping since I did not get any of the three mats I ordered on time or printed correctly. I was disappointed in the process but glad that the company made it right by refunding me. "

"I ordered my Mat Dec. 5... It was scheduled to ship Dec. 16....never came. I called and was told there was a production problem and it would ship Dec. 26. It is now Dec. 27...have not heard from them yet..... The problem is not the delay, but the lack of communication. :-["
