"This is the worst on-line company I've ever had to deal with. First of all they sent me the wrong product. I ordered a set of fog lights for my 2009 Honda CR-V and they took forever to get it to me (weeks), then I took them to professionals to have them installed and they called me to tell me that these were for an American model not Canadian and that major re-wiring would be required (2 extra hours of labor (at $90.00/hour) and since They already started the work, I had no choice to continue. Then I went on-line to their company and started a live on-line chat with this person named 'Heather' and she was extremely rude with me actually calling me stupid and that it was my fault and that they did not sell Canadian models (from a BC Canada company!!) and yet they shipped it to a Canadian address in the province Quebec. I will never again buy anything from them and will be reporting them to every consumer protection agency I can find.

"My main gripe with Xtralights.com is that, once the initial sale was complete, Xtralights.com generated no communications to me. I had to initiate all communications. I had to call and ask for an RMA form after my web form submission went unheeded. I had to call to find out about an expected return date. I had to call to confirm whether a ship date was met. I had to call to find out where my replacement was in the process at Xtralights. I had to call to get a tracking number. The staff seemed ambivalent about customer satisfaction and seemed uninspired when I spoke with them. One, who was telling me when my replacement headlight would ship, said it would take "two or three days" to arrive, and if it didn't, "you can call and complain." That tells me Xtralights.com staff is accustomed to complaint. Why? Because xtralights.com does a pitiful job of customer support. Their website should remove all the customer satisifaction references and replace them with a flat "No returns, no refunds, no customer support" policy. At least then I wouldn't be disappointed by the lack of it.
Mine was an extremely frustrating experience that I will not repeat and already have undertaken to warn my automotive friends and acquaintances to likewise avoid. In contrast, web-based companies like Amazon, Blue Nile, and online automotive aftermarket companies like iJDMToy,com and autoanything.com are proactive in their communications and are highly responsive to their customers. I have and will continue to use these companies regularly. Xtralights would do well to develop an interest in their own reputation and potential for repeat business."

"Had ordered halo lights and HID bulb set for my Subi. Ballast went out after 4 months, and halo led's went out after 5 months. Called for warranty and the simply would not answer the call. Left e-mails and called time after time. Finally answered my claim after 3 MONTHS LATER!! Said now they were out of warranty!!!!! F these guys"
"I had ordered taillights with no problems from this company. So, I ordered headlights. One of the LED bulbs is not working. As it's harnessed in with 2 others and they work, it's the bulb. I have been trying to talk to someone about this problem for 4 days now. I have left 3 messages at their Customer Service number and have sent an email to ****@**** with only an automated response. Now, I have read these other listings and could kick myself! BAD business! I would be ordering more headlights from them...and probably taillights too....if they would just take care of this issue!"
"I ordered tail lights for a Passat 2002 that I received on Oct 12th. Oct 15th I tried to install them and the connectors would not mate. I called customer support and was told they would send a UPS shipper to return the product. On Oct 19 I called back since I had not received a shipper yet, apparently there was no record of me calling the week before, so I was told to send in pictures of the connectors. I did that on Oct. 31st. I got an email back on Nov 1st asking for the order number and promptly replied. The next day I sent another email asking for status on RMA and shipping. After no response I called again on Nov 3rd and was told it usually takes 24-48 hours to review the information. Well I called today on Oct 4th and was told a shipper had been sent via email. When I said I had not received one they said they would go to shipping and have it sent right out. Guess what happened next....yep nothing. So I called back and this time I was sent a link to the RMA page. So again I called back and said I wanted a shipper and was told I had to wait for the tech handling the case, who had gone home, to come back because he was the only one who could help and no one else was there that could authorize this. When I asked the name of the person I was speaking to they would not give it to me. They told me Tom would call me tomorrow. As of tomorrow it will be a month for me trying to return these tail lights. I hope the tech does not get hit by a bus coming to work since he is the ONLY one that can help me.
I can't wait to see how the refund process works!
To be fair I did buy tail lights for my Toyota truck in June but luckily they worked.
All I can say is if you need customer support for any reason I would not buy the lights here. And I personally will NEVER buy from here ever again.
Well after the total lack of support and disrespect yesterday. I called VISA to dispute the original charge since it has been a month now and I can not get and RMA or return shipper. In the meant time I ordered the EXACT SAME PART/MFG from ebay motors for 25% less, and a return policy of 30 days versus 12 AND the good news is the pin alignment is correct so I can install them today.
Bottom line is this was a manufacturing defect and if I could have returned the product then one with the correct pin alignment could have been provided and I would not have had to go through all this nonsense. NEVER AGAIN will I do business with these people.
And yes I am still sitting on the RMA product waiting for someone to provide a shipper.
Finally got a shipper on 11/5 and sent the RMA on 11/8. It was received on 11/10. It is now 11/24 and I have sent 3 requests in asking for my refund status. There has been no response and no refund. What an unresponsive company!!!! I guess today I will give them a call to see if I can get some kind if status on when to expect a refund. What a waste of time this has all been."
"I ordered a set of Halo lights for my sons Mustang. These things were junk. paid $200 for them and the didn't fit correctly and had no way to adjust them. I even had the guys at the body shop call for help. these things showed up with no instructions. The body shop even had a hard time putting these things in. then there was no way to adjust them. I was finally able to contact the company and they did agree to let me return them. However when checking on the status of the return and refund on my money they kept telling me it would take another day or two. I kept calling to check on the status and was told the check is in the mail basicaly. the manager named John wouldnt talk to me anymore and told me to quit calling and would not give me any information on any way to escalate, Once they have your money they dont care anymore. they will sell you a bill of goods,they are rude and uncooperative. they have no problem selling someone junk but when you call them on it they dont want anything to do with you. my advice to anyone is to look someplace else. I was able to find better quality halo lights for the car at the same price. They fit and were fully adjustable. this place is a rip off and the service is horrid. "
