"Overall i'm happy with the halo projector headlights so far they work well and inhances the beauty of my car. But i had some difficulty with installation due to fitment. They're really not a 100% guaranteed fit. When i installed them i noticed that they sat a little too far out therefore leaving an eighth of an inch gap between the light and fender. So i had to do some minor modifications to get them to fit correctly. So if you're planning on purchasing aftermarket headlights from these guys make sure that they gaurantee fitment and if they can't, don't even bother with it because they act funny about returns.

"Okay, I've spent a bit of money with Xtralights, and their products are pretty good. Their lights, make a lot of light that's for sure. I had one problem recently where a new product no longer worked in the car after the product was updated. Bummer. I returned it, and waiting for my refund was a bit lengthy, but the guys who work over there seem nice enough. Just took a bit too long for my refund (2-3weeks), otherwise they make a nice product."

"I ordered a lightbulb from this company and when it was received it was completely wrong base. When I contacted the merchant they said they would ship the correct part overnight. When I never received confirmation I called the merchant and they said they refused to send the part overnight. I asked for a refund and they said yes but when I asked to speak to a manager they decided that they would not refund my money. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They have horrible quality practices and shotty work.

""I’m very upset with xtralights.com I have ordered $700 dollars’ worth of their product. When I received the product I ordered there were no installation instructions. I had spent hours installing the lights. After installation of the head lights, bumper lights, tail lights and fog lights, after a month’s my low beam bulbs blew and my bumper lights blew right way. I contacted customer service and I very displeased with the way they treated me. I have received a total of 3 sets of bumper lights and all 3 blew, they finally told me they wouldn't back there product if the bumper lights blew again. As soon as I installed the bumper lights the 3rd time, as soon as I started the truck the bumper lights blew again. Customer service is very UN professional. I can honestly say as of 7/23/12 they have lost a customer for life. The company has not backed there warranty services with me. I started having problems 2 to 3 months after having the product from the company. I’m sick of contacting this company and getting a run around or basically getting called stupid and I have no clue what I'm doing. They have not backed there product. You may to decide to buy of them and that's your decision but be prepared for the worst if you start having issues. I have pulled all my lights due to the headlights not working correctly and lights blowing because this is a life safety issue and I will not run a product that puts my wife and children at risk of an accident while driving at night because of the product. I have reinstalled my stock lights and housing and they are functioning just fine. So I have all my lights that I have bought sitting in the basement collecting dust. If you have had no problems with this company consider yourself lucky. But from what I understand I’m not the only one that has had problems from reading other reviews. Good luck with ordering from this company if you decide to. I do not consider this company a 5 star company and I do not feel they are doing what’s in the best interest for their company or there reputation. "With the company it self I am pleased with the shipping and handling. However with the product itself , not too pleased at all. I only had these corner lights for about a month and one of them is condensing moisture inside already this is extremely disapointing because that is why I was replacing them anyway.Why would a company make a light and not seal it, makes no sense to me. So I would definetely not recomend these lights, I would of been happy to pay more for a sealed or better quality light but did'nt see any offered."

"Pretty bad with no communication. I was definately leery about ordering 450.00 for a pair of HID front lights for my Eclipse but did it anyway.

Against my better judgement I ordered on 6/22 even though their email or on-line chat didn't work.

After no communication I called them on 7/9 only to find the units weren't avaliable.

Do what you want but I'd stay away from these guys.

We'll see how long it takes for them to cancel the order from my CC.

Edit on July 12th..... A Yin deserves a Yang. Seems these guys are very serious about building a great reputation. Their customer service contacted me and apologized profusely about the lack of communication.

I accepted the apology and reordered but with the black lenses (which I was assured were in stock).

They did NOT ask me to change my review but I feel it's only fair to make it known that they do read the reviews and are trying to satisfy the customer.

Naturally I haven't received my order yet but I have a feeling it will go well.

I have increased my rating for customer "service" but will reserve a final rating after I receive the products.

Edit on July 25th..... I have received my order and it looks great. The headlights were sealed well with the HID/Halo lamps installed and wired basicaly making it a 'plug-n-play' install.

They have rectified the situation to my statisfaction and I have changed my rating to reflect it.

"Ordered both low and high beam sets for my car. Parts arrived but did not include mounting hardware. Called them and they sent them out. Got them w/i a week. Don't know why this happened. I would assume someone would check the box before it shipped. Today I installed the low beam kit and it works fine so far. Not exactly the best kit in as much as you have to make crimped electeric connections. All other kits came in pre wired. Plug and play.
Installed the high beam kit and it does not work. Will contact them Monday and request another kit to be sent. T tried swapping ballasts and bulbs but not working.
I will see how they handle this and let you know.
