"i did receive my order but just partial ship but i didnot get notified up until i called. the sale person did not want to help their customer resolve the problem. He always told the customer call back in two hour to talk with the customer service. Since the customer service call number is canadian's phone number it's really unconvinience for US buyer. i have to call customer service number and get charge by my phone service for international call. I bought a lot of stuffs on extralights.com. this really made me upset. the most is sale person did not want to help the customer."

"So far, terrible, no parts yet! After submitting my order + reading that my order will be put on hold due to the bill to & send to addresses did not match, I called customer service to resolve. Cust Service hours posted on site & in reality, not the same, so had to call during the week. Rep I talked to said that I needed to confirm the headlights were in fact halogen vs. xenon, despite checking the VIN number code. Called back & left messages 2 days in a row with all call back info & heard nothing. After a couple more tries, reached the initial rep & now the parts I need are back ordered! Total delay if all goes well 20 days! Would not be suprised it takes longer than expected/quoted date. "
