"Tortilla pans were of a good quality and met my expectations. They work well for the smaller tortilla, although the larger ones can work with a little more effort. If one brushes a small amount of oil on the tortilla before baking it works well, too. One can use store-bought tortillas or homemade or even the purchased pie dough for making even a dessert shell with these pans. Putting a bit of brushed oil/butter on the pastry and then adding cinnamon or sugar to the shell before baking makes a delicious base for a dessert. One can also use these versatile pans for jello molds, too. I am very happy now that I ordered these pans. "

"I ordered a soda machine with a KGB Deals voucher on 8/8/2012. The voucher said it would be up to six weeks for delivery. On 9/11/2012 I contacted the company to check on status, as it showed on their website as "not processed", at which point they charged my card for shipping and the additionally purchased items. On 10/2/2012, I contacted them again as my items showed as "in process" instead of "shipped." They said they would be to me on 10/8/2012. On 10/22/2012, they emailed me and said that they would ship the items this week - eleven weeks after the initial order. Since they failed to comply with federal law (charging prior to shipping and changing shipping dates without my consent), I asked for the order to be cancelled and for a refund. I doubt I will see my $20 anytime soon."
"I purchased a SAVE VOUCHER through Eversave for 2 magnetic mesh screen doors on 7/27/2012. Then went on an extended vacation until early October. When I got back and went to redeem my voucher, I noted that it had expired. When I called the Eversave Customer Service Team they told me that they no longer were involved in the process and that I must contact the merchant "Your Store Online" and see if they would do anything. I was really fortunate to deal with a man named Paul at Your Store Online on 10/10/2012. He was gracious and efficient in helping me to still exercise the bargain voucher even though it had clearly expired on 9/19/2012. Although, my product was outside of the return date Your Store Online's customer serviced worked with me to resolve the issue. "I will not be using this company ever again. Here's my story - I purchased a voucher from Eversave back on July 17, 2012. I used it following day to place my order with Your Store Online. The last month I have been emailing them and I finally got a verbal confirmation that my order was sent out on Sept 14. However, my account status was never updated to show it had been shipped. I sent another email Sept 21 and low and behold on Sept 22 my status showed the pkg had been shipped. Sept 14 or Sept 21???? Someone is not telling the truth - feeling a little shafted. Well "Holy Mother of God" the pkg just arrived - now let's open it and see if it is what I ordered! Thank you "Sweet Baby Jesus" , they got the order right.
