"This is the worst website I have ever ordered from in my entire life. I ordered one of their peanut butter makers on October 29th. My credit card I might add was charged on that same day. Although I received an email saying that it was backordered until the second week of DECEMBER, I have not yet received my item. Today is December 20th, and I cannot get the company to respond to my email. I am furious. I would highly recommend that you NEVER order from this website. I know that I will not be ordering from them ever again and taking action to get my $37.76 refunded."

I left 4 messages for a "manager" to call me, which he has not called me back and customer service hangs up on me. I ordered my light bulbs on Dec 4th and still have not received my order. "Should have Checked Horrible Reviews of Your Store Online before purchase. Had Issues w/ approving a PayPal payment, so Called & changed the method of payment which was told order would be processed & sent later that day. *unknowingly, they created a New Order, Charged Both orders to the new card given, without my knowing. I rectified the issue w/ my Pay Pal account, & found this Co. ALSO Billed the PayPal account As Well. In an attempt to clear the matter up, I find that my order was to be incomplete as 1 of the 2 Items is no longer available, & was Re-billed for the Only Item available, on Both my methods of payment WITHOUT Refunding The NUMEROUS Charges earlier done over the past 6 days. Unless you have the $ to waste, along with the Time & Endless Patience NEEDED to deal w/ this Co. (Which is extremely RUDE, Unprofessional, & refuses Still to take responsibility or be apologetic for the issues they caused), DO NOT Purchase from Your Store Online, No Matter how tempting the price. "I ordered the gel cushions Nov. 3, 2012, my order was confirmed then a couple of weeks later was told they were on backorder and would be shipped the first week in Dec. I checked the website to see when they shipped to find they still hadn't shipped. Contacted via email they responded they are in stock now and would ship in 48hours. Well the 48 hours have come and gone and still my items haven't shipped. Worst experience I have ever had with an online purchase.
I recommend that nobody order from this outfit as I have read too many reviews that are having the same problem."

"Ordered their highly advertised peanut butter machine on October 13, 2012. Finally received it November 23, 2012. After it wasn't received in 3 weeks I started calling about it every week. Every time they promised it would be shipped the next week. After it was finally shipped, it took over 2 weeks to get to my home.
The machine itself is very wimpy and takes forever to make a few tablespoons of butter. It appears to be very fragile as well. The instruction is typical Chinglish, read very cryptic. The manual instructs to contact and return to the dealer at the above address but the place for the information is blank.
I never did receive any confirmation email of the purchase or the supposed delay in shipping or the actual shipping notification. I think their game is to use your money for a month before even attempting to send the product because my credit card was charged immediately upon order and they knew they did not have the item in stock.
My recommendation is to avoid this company above all else.
