"I ordered two pair of glasses in December of 2023. The first pair came to my address that I have been living at for almost 2 years. I deleted my old address that I had received glasses from in the past. When I ordered my second pair of glasses in December of 2023, somehow a glitch in Zenni's system put my old address as my shipping address even though I had deleted it. I ordered my glasses expedited. I noticed immediately after I ordered the glasses that the shipping address was incorrect because it was my old address. I immediately talked to chat. They informed me that I could not change anything because I had ordered expedited shipping. They had been ordered less than a minute before I talked to chat. I continued to talk to the rep and she finally told me that she would turn this over to her service team and that they would contact me via email within 24-48 hours to let me know if they could resolve this. It has been over 48 hours and I have heard zip from Zenni. I have not lived at the old address for over two years and do not have any contact numbers for anyone that lives in that area anymore. I am very unhappy as I have ordered several pairs of glasses from here over the last few years. I don't believe that they could not have changed the address since I let them know immediately and the fault was something within their system, since I had deleted the old address and had ordered a pair previously that were sent to me at the correct address. That is the address that should have been in their system. I don't know if I will ever receive the glasses. I will try to get the carrier to change the address if that is possible, after I receive a tracking number but I don't know if that will work either. I believe that Zenni should either reimburse me my money or send me another pair of glasses since it is their fault because of a fault in their system. This is really outrageous. And I still have not received a tracking number and it says they are processing the order. It should be able to be changed while it is being processed. Ridiculous!"
