"It was really easy and surprisingly inexpensive to get quality and fashionable glasses at Zenni. The frames are ridiculously low-priced and the lenses are likewise reasonable. I spent $400 for four pairs of glasses (prescription sunglasses, single vision distance glasses, progressives and readers), they were delivered quickly, and I am very happy with the results, as one pair in nearly every other outlet would have cost close to that much. "I was really excited to get these eyeglasses and use my coupon on them. Online, they looked so colorful with pops of blue and purple. When the package arrived, I opened them and double checked to make sure I ordered the right frames. These look like dark tortoise shell frames with tan temple pieces. In the light, at the right angle, on the bottom of one of the lenses, you can see a hint of blue and purple. Otherwise, they are just brown and black. Very disappointing to waste my VIP coupon and money on these. They are not at all as advertised online. "

"The frames are ok, but the prescription is unwearable. The area of focus is so narrow, I can't look around, and I definitely can't drive with these. I'd like to return them. Maybe a prescription for distance only would work, but these do not help me see."

"I have purchased several pair of eyeglasses from Zenni, and everything was mostly perfect. The "mostly" poor choice was my mistake on a color choice. Other then that, I have been pleased with the service and the quality. The ordering process is very simple. I use a photo pf myself and "try on" the frames. I select about ten or so frames that I like, and then choose what looks good.
The only thing I would tell people is to be sure you have an up-to-date prescription. Zenni will make the glasses by the prescription you provide. If it is an old prescription, you might not be able to see properly -- and it's NOT Zenni's fault!!"
