"Zenni could do more to match frame selection to the customers individual prescription. The varied selection of frames is far from meager, but the customer does not know the frames they selected are going to be compatible with the prescription until further along the selection process. We went through the entire stock of frames for my features selecting a short list. My short list may not have been as short as some, any way most of the frames I selected were not compatible to my prescription making for a lengthy, disappointing selection process. I managed to get the correct frames ordered with many of the valuable add-ins and coatings. We visited the Zenni order page every day with the increasing delusion that my order was so unique and special as to warrant a move to the head of the line. Zenni managed to keep my head unisized by limiting their responses to the Tracking function to 4: 1. We are making them, 2. we are sending them to the shipper (this one took forever to transition), 3. They are on the way to you, 4. You finally waited long enough to give up on ever seeing your special eye treatment arrive by "Neither snow, nor rain, nor dark of night shall stay ... BTW: The price was very acceptable."
