I ordered an ASUS EEE PC 1005HA-PU1X from ZZF on August 3, 2009 because they offered the best deal which included a RAM upgrade. The website indicated that the product was in stock and would ship within 24 hours. Later the same day, a lady called to confirm my order.
Aug. 4 2009
I checked the order status which indicated that they were still processing the order. I called them to ask why is it taking so long to process the order after they had already billed my CC. The lady said it was going to be packed and will be shipped that day.
Aug. 5 2009
I did not receive my tracking information for my purchase, so I called ZZF again. The lady said the product was in back ordered. So, since the website was wrong, and they did not inform me of the back order issue, I asked them to upgrade my shipment to 2-3 days. The lady gladly obliged.

Received confirmation that my purchase has been shipped and will be delivered on Aug. 10 2009.

Writing this post, will provide an updated post once my net book is delivered.
Final comments:
-Disappointed with their website, it should state if the product is in back order.
-Satisfied with their customer service, the couple ladies I talked to were nice and upgraded my shipping for free.
-Hopefully the net book will work on delivery, after reading the reviews on this website I do not want to deal with their RMA process."

"Ordered a router from ZZF early on Weds, great price through coupon. Paid extra for 2 day shipping figuring that 24hrs to process and ship the order - would get it for the weekend.
Waste of time paying for express shipping, order took two days to turn around. Sat in "processed" for 36hrs. Would probably use them again, but I'd wouldn't place them high in the list against other e-tailers."
"I placed an order on 7/31. It went into "Packaged" status by the end of that day (Friday). On Monday it was still in "Packaged" status. I called Tuedsay morning 8/4 and they said the Netbook I ordered was on back order and they got some in that day.
They already charged my card for something they didn't have in stock on Monday.
They said on the site that something they didn't have in stock was packaged.
I received no explanation other then that item is really popular.
Finally got it on 4/6 which wasn't bad considering all the other nightmares. Now I have to RMA it because the bevel around the LCD is loose in one corner. I won't see it for about another 3 weeks since zipzoomfly (or zapzoomflop) won't cross ship.."

"ZipZoomFly sent me a defective notebook. While this can happen to any reseller ZipZoomFly taught me a lesson in horrible customer service. I sent the item back for repair. Since it was DOA the notebook was pristine when it went back to ZipZoomFly. First they trashed it, finger prints, big gouges and scratches, then they refused to repair it and said we could send it to the manufacturer. I guess the manufacturer might fix it but it will always look like I found it in the trash. Note: None of the packaging was damaged and all shipping occurred using the more than adequate original packaging. Therefore the mistreatment occurred when the notebook was out of the packaging."
