"ZIPZOOMFLY (ZZF) is definitively not correct. Its rebate system is a rip off with the only goal to attract customers. I ordered an ASUS Eeepc 1000 HE because of an attractive rebate of 30$. I never received this rebate because ZZF ruled that my claim was not allowable on the pretext that the barcode I provided was not the right one. But it was the only one available on the product I received. ZZF asked me to provide a specific barcode but this barcode was not available on the box or the netbook. I complained about that during a long time via Internet and finally by mail to the customer service. I never received an answer. Run away this online store, it’s a thief."

"Like others have posted, ZZF will take your order, take your money, have the order sit in 'Packed' status for several days when they have no stock and the item is on back order. In my case, about a week later they emailed me to say the item is not available.

So their online inventory system is poor, and their method to charge people in advance is very, very poor. I will not shop here again (and now I'm waiting for the money to come back through ebillme, which hopefully is not a complete pain on its own).

Called and spoke to a very rude woman and then asked to speak to a manager. Manager gets on the line and refuses to price match the difference. I elected to purchase this CPU from ZipZoomFly and not elsewhere (which on hindsight I should have) due to my previous positive purchases in the past with this company. Overall, I am extremely unhappy with ZipZoomFly, a company that I once held in high regard but whose sloppy customer service has lost a loyal customer. Avoid this company at all costs. They refuse to make things right with consumers. If you want good service and good prices, avoid the mistake I made with ZipZoomFly and shop elsewhere instead."

"Ordered a Hard Drive and a CPU they shipped the order the same day and I got it the very next day! Everything was packaged very well not a chance this order was getting damaged.
