"ASUS Netbook. Received product. The wireless card worked but failed after about 30 to 60 minutes of use. Called manufacturer ASUS and concluded that the product should be returned to retailer. Returned product to ZipZoomFly the next day, they indicated that the wireless card worked but they did not have resources to extensively test the card as I did. I requested for either a full refund or an exchange of product. Was told the request could not be accepted. They could either ship the same unit back to me or send the unit to manufacturer for repair which will take at least 2 or 3 weeks. Their offer is unacceptable because 1) the product was defective on arrival (could not use product for more than 30 minutes. Need to let cool down after 30 minutes of use). 2) I already wasted over 2 weeks for no computer to use. Shipping to manufacturer for repair takes at least another 2 to 3 weeks. 3) There is a $30 rebate which I would not be able to file in time. 4) I cannot buy another computer while this case is not resolved. 5) ZipZoomFly business practice of customer paying for return shipping even if the product is defective on arrival is unethical."
"Initial order cancelled after several days due to lack of stock. Sloppy, but it happens. Then I was double charged for the initial order plus the replacement order. Again sloppy, but it happens. Received first netbook, which had a serious screen defect. I requested an RMA immediately and got one within days, but shipping was at my expense and the replacement appeared to be open box but unused. Within three weeks, the replacement failed to charge. I contacted ZZF and they refused to replace again, on the grounds that I was outside their initial 30 day return policy. Very disappointed in the overall experience, and I do not intend to purchase from them again."

"The wrong item was ordered because their search function returned the wrong results. The item was returned unopened to them in accordance with the return policy. They required me to pay the return shipping and restock fee and refuse to refund it, even though the error is due to their negligence. They won't address the issue of why this happened either. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT DEAL IN GOOD FAITH.
