"Very poor customer service: No 1-800 number to call, you have to call them at your own expense, and after an annoyingly long and repetitive voicemail message you are sent to the mailbox when trying to contact their "Verification department" (at their own request, no less), even though I called during their hours of operation (which was repeated three times during the voicemail message)
This request comes nearly two days after the order and refers to "reduce possible risk of fraud". If fraud with the credit card is suspected, I damn well want to know right away, not two days later.
I am extremely disappointed with this store, and would not recommend anyone to shop from them. I know I won't."

"I saw a good deal on a cooler master power supply listed on RR's sister site dealighted. $25off with MIR making the P/S about $15.00. Well they were changing prices as I was ordering which was no biggie as I already had it in my cart so I got to continue at the originally listed price. The order went smoothly and shipping was fast however the power supply isn't working properly. There seems to be something making noise, loose fan I think. When I asked to RMA it they said I'd have to pay to return it, I hadn't read the return policy prior to ordering. But they emailed me back saying it clearly posted on the site. Forget that, I'm not spending extra cash to return something because they sent me a defective item. The added cost to return it will make it about a third more expensive than it was going to be.
If they are going to continue with a return policy such as that I won't be shopping with them again.
Follow up, they emailed me and offered a $5.00 store credit for future purchases. Why not offer to pay for the return of my defective product? Or offer the $5 towards the cost? Either way since I'm not going to spend the extra money I sent me rebate in. Hopefully there are no issues there or I'm out all the way around."
"I ordered a pair of Corsair 2GB PC2-DDR2 667 Sodimm ram, and what do you know they had the lowest price. Not only did have the lowest price, but they also had free shipping. I ordered it early that morning but it only got shipped the next, and thats understandable. I know i opted for slowest shipping, but come on FEDEX!!! they had the item on their truck on Sat, but only delivered on Monday. I should of upgraded for 1.99 for next day delivery but oh well. I will they had other options like DHL or UPS. But overall the ordering experience was delightful. "

I ordered a WD hard drive via 5-7 day delivery. I expect it's going to take 9 days and was pleasantly surprised when the package showed up in 3 days !! The drive is exactly what I ordered, and worked perfectly. There're some negative reviews regarding their customer service and shipping. I did not use their customer service so I can't comment on that. I'm in CA, does that make a difference on shipping? "

"Fedex has lost my package in CA where it came from. I Called ZZF and was told they would fix it and call me back I was not called back. I called again and was told be a very rude lady it would another 2-3 days. It was supposed to be delivered the day before this phone call. I was given a choice to refuse the package when it came for a 15% restocking fee or to wait until fedex gets their crap together and finds the state of nevada.I should have paid $5more for newegg.com so I guess its my fault"
