"i will never use this company again. Ordered on May 11, received an "item shipped" confirmation email on May 14, but item didn't really ship out until May 22--that's 12 DAYS after purchase! ZZF says it's because the item was backordered, even though it was "in stock" according to website, and i received a shipped notification 3 days after purchase. What makes matters worse is that I have yet to receive the item, and the rebate associated with it expires tomorrow. Good luck trying to speak w/customer service over the phone, they just put you to voicemail everytime, and then they don't call you back. Finally spoke with someone, after leaving 10 voicemails!!! They said the only thing they would do is upgrade my NEXT purchase from them to 2-day shipping. I won't be making a "NEXT" purchase. I requested a partial refund on this order, which they quickly denied. Like I said, I WON'T SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN. Look at other reviews here...other people have had the same exact experience. Be warned!"

I ordered $791 of PC components; motherboard, CPU, memory, video card, flat panel display, DVD-RW. The shipping was a very reasonable $32 for 2nd day FedEx. As a comparison, a large, well known vendor was going to charge me $150.00 shipping for a $300 order. (I would like to see less expensive offerings for shipping, ie; 5-7 day USPS).
I spent a weekend of 6-8 hour days as well as evenings after work until almost midnight researching dozens of websites for good prices, selections and reasonable shipping. It was a great, if not exhausting experience.

ZipZoomfly had an easy to use website with good product information and pictures as well as manufacturer links for compatibility reports with more detailed information. They had a good selection of most things but could use more gaming cases and a few more choices in CPU coolers.

After I placed my order it was followed up by emails at each step in the process until it was shipped. I received it on the day it was supposed to arrive, in great condition. It went very quickly and I'm very happy with the service."

Between ZZF-BN and a company like CoolMax I think there is collusion to the point of illegality.

Just do yourself a favor and buy from a reputable dealer like NewEgg who will go to bat for you. ZipZoomFly-BuyNite will not.
