"Orderd a case. Found out it would take a week to ship. Called to cancel. Was told I would be charged a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.

Same day I ordered parts from Newegg. They arrived the next day. No hassle no problems ever with them.

I'm fine with the order taking a week longer, but if I call and cancel while the the item is being shipped, most companies let you refuse the shipment and refund you 100%.

This is the last order I place with them.

Order says everything was shipped, Fedex says only one package. Good luck trying to talk to someone live, no one answers phones there at all after 4pm PST.
