"Orderd a case. Found out it would take a week to ship. Called to cancel. Was told I would be charged a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
Same day I ordered parts from Newegg. They arrived the next day. No hassle no problems ever with them.
I'm fine with the order taking a week longer, but if I call and cancel while the the item is being shipped, most companies let you refuse the shipment and refund you 100%.
This is the last order I place with them.

While everything worked out of the box, i had trouble with the Motherboard after a week.They gave me an RMA #, i shipped it back, and from what i can tell from their website a new one is on it's way, this was a three day turn around and one of the day's was the 4th of july.

I ordered a complete computer system through them totaling over $1300, shipping time was reasonable, but when it got here, 5 of 6 items were MISSING! Order says everything was shipped, Fedex says only one package. Good luck trying to talk to someone live, no one answers phones there at all after 4pm PST. I imagine when I do hear from them they'll say they shipped everything. Highly frustrating, bad communication. Moral of this story: Don't ever take zipzoomfly over newegg."
