"fast and great quality low prices shipped as they said and received with out any problems would recommend any day"
"As advertised, free shipping in original product box might tempt thievery but worked for me."
"i will never use zip zoom fly again . never before have i seen anything take 7 days to ship something . if i knew this was how long it would take i would have ovenighted . i order only one package from here and a hole computer from box to sound card from New Egg and received it 3 days later . makes zip zoom fly look like crap . never will use this web site ever again ."
"Ordered a E6700 after the price drops hit on Saturday. ZZF had it shipped by Monday morning, and it got to me on Wednesday afternoon. To be honest, I'm not entirely sure why ZZF has been getting such bad reviews. I've bought three things from them recently (Corsair 520HX, Intel Bad Axe 2, and E6700 Core Duo), and each one has arrived extremely quickly--usually a day faster than stuff from NewEgg reaches me. I'd definitely buy from them again."
"Ordered Sunday night, shipped Monday morning, arrived Wednesday, great service."

"Hmm, where to start. I have been saving up and anticipating the price cuts in the processors with which to build my first machine from ground up. I ordered all my other parts elsewhere and was only awaiting the price drop. When April 22 hit, I went to looked around for the lowest price. I was referred here by a friend.
I ordered that evening and was excited that they offered 2 day FedEx shipping for only $1.99. Well, Monday rolled around and I had to work all day, so I hadn't realized I had gotten an email that day claiming my shipping address was somehow different than my billing and that I needed to call and confirm. What??? Ok, slight delay I thought. I called after hours left a message and thought I could call the next morning to make sure they had everything they needed. They assured me on Tuesday morning that my order would ship that day. Woo-hoo! Well, after work, I called and wondered about why I hadn't recieved a tracking number, but I was told that it did ship and the tracking number would be updated on my account in a few hours.
A few hours passed and no tracking number. That brings us up to today. I called early this morning concerning the lack of status advancement on my account. Up to this time, I had received friendly customer service with my previous two calls. This time, I call customer service and felt I had caught a rep at a really bad time by the tone and agitation in her voice. I asked about my order and she quickly told me that my order had shipped. Then I asked why a tracking number hasn't been issued and she put me on hold to check. About five minutes later, she picked up and told me that my order cannot be shipped at this time because they are out of stock. WHAT??? The website still claims that this order is in stock. When I asked her why everyone has told me it had shipped when clearly it hadn't, she didn't have an answer but offered to cancel my order. She told me my account wouldn't be refunded for three to five more business days. Outrageous! I doubt I will order from them again. I have truly learned my lesson. Rather choose a reliable seller than a cheap one!"
"This is my second purchase, and I don't understand why people are giving Zip Zoom Fly such bad reviews lately. I placed an order last friday for a 620W PSU after hours, and it was shipped monday morning at 9am. Can newegg do that? No they always ship after 4pm to UPS, and I'm a preferred member (free rush shipping).
Have a problem with ZZF not shipping to a verified address? Suck it up and register your address with your bank, is that so hard? ZZF is just trying to avoid fraud and I keep seeing reviews from lazy people saying they had to ship to their billing address.
My order was shipped fast, arrived in excellent condition, and was the right product. That's all I could ask for.
Oh, and I'll take ZZF because of the 2nd day FEDEX air, because Newegg's UPS is horrible, always have a package smashed up from them. Two thumbs up for ZZF, keep up the good work."
"Tried ZZF instead of Newegg for a parts purchase since the recently price reduced e6600 processors and EVGA 8800GTS were out of stock at NE. A friend said he had no problems with ZZF in the past, so I thought it was a safe bet, even with ZZF costing more than Newegg. Wrong!
Two days after I placed my order, using the same credit card than I used on Newegg for other system-related parts, I get an email from ZZF saying they can't charge by card due to my shipping address being unverified. I'm shipping to my billing address. This is madness. This is ZIP ZOOM FLY.
I call up their verification line, not a toll-free number by the way, and got no one. Line rang for 10 rings before going to an answering machine that told me to leave my info and someone will get back to me. Hours later, no call back.
Now I'm going to be receiving all my system parts from Newegg, a company that successfully charged my card and shipped my parts within 24 hours of placing my order (along with thoroughly documenting the entire process), before I get the CPU and graphics card. Cancelled my order with ZZF and went back to Newegg, definitely learned my lesson."
"Item never arrived. zipzoomfly authorized FedEx to leave pkg w/o signature. I never rcvd pkg. FedEx denied my claim - states it is Shipper's responsibility to re-ship or refund purchase price. After a month a 17 voice mail messages to zipzoomfly, no return calls, no merchandise, no refund. zipzoomfly states that they will not refund my money. They state they shipped the package and that's the end of it. Every call, I get Customer Service reps who won't help. Buyer beware - I'm out $1300."
"Ordered mobo. Got email confirmation. Week later had no shipping notification. Queried and told was back ordered. Queried why website showed in stock. ZZF replied will ship when order received & will update website. They never got the mobos nor updated website. After 3 weeks of placating & wasting my time, they canceled order. Good. They don't get my business and deserve their lousy rating "
"This is an update. ZipZoomFly held the order. They sent an email to a little-used offshore account I use. I noticed it 6 days later. Partly my fault...but their email said they tried to call and 'couldn't get through'. Since email is for all intents & purposes *free*, I have to assume they don't try to call at all. Just words. They're free too, you know.
Of course, this order just happened to be for someone's birthday...on the 21st. So I ordered it next-day from someone else, and cancelled the order with zzf.
It sure seems like vendors are trying to prevent fraud, but these days it's getting more like "false positives" are becoming (intentionally????) annoying. Especially when you use a card often, or *you have used your card at the same place in the past*."
"Lesson to Learn: Ordering from ZipZoomFly is a mistake.
Be warned. Steer clear of this company. This company will provide product, but when they make a mistake, they seem to engage in what I interpret as fraudulent activity to cover for it:
ORDER NO : Z*******
ORDER TIME: Sun Dec 31 2006 01:12:52 P.M. PT
For this order:
1 x (373500) Zalman CNPS9500 LED CPU Cooler Retail ***Free Shipping*** @ $49.99
Was not shipped, but:
Antec SmartPower 2.0 SP-350 350W Power Supply Retail ***Free Shipping***
Was shipped instead @ the same price.
After finding this, I alerted ZipZoomFly to this issue told them I wanted the issue corrected. The description I sent them “I ordered a processor cooler and you shipped me a power supply instead. What I received was ANTEC SMARTPOWER 350W. The green tag (SN?)says 273500. This is clearly and obviously the wrong item. What I want from ZipZoomFly: Ship me the product I was charged for ASAP. The PSU can go back to ZipZoomFly, although ZZF will pay for all shipping charges (ZZF's mistake).”
The respone (arrival 1/9/2007 @ 9:55 AM) : “Dear Customer,

The above was their final communication.
On ( 1/28/2007 @ 11:05 AM):
I sent a follow-up message. They need to fix this. Per their 1/9/2007 mailing, I was to receive a pre-paid label. ZipZoomFly never sent it. They did not respond to my message either.
Toward the end of March, I have turned to my credit card company for assistance.
The current issue I face:
I have a sealed power supply sitting in my office awaiting the “prepaid shipping label” that ZipZoomFly was to have issued, but never did.
I received a copy of the review my CC company pursued with ZZF. The last page is a copy of a FedEx RMA. I can only presume that either the RMA was created and never sent, or that it was created out of reaction to my turning this issue over to my CC company.
Assuming they do finally send the label, I will send the power supply back. There will be no further purchases from ZipZoomFly by me.
Additional information:
By profession, I am a system integrator for small and medium size businesses in the metro area where I live. I have steered many business clients to ordering parts & software from online vendors such as NewEgg, ZZF, etc.
I will not be recommending this company to any of my clients. Furthermore, should they ask, I this experience to report back with.
I may be one user with an order such as this, but when my client orders surpass $30,000 for servers, racks, OS, CALs, productivity/business materials etc., a company will tend to feel it more. Or in ZZF's case, not at all. They had their chance.
They blew it...

"Tried purchasing an Intel Cure 2 Duo E6600 Conroe processor. I placed the order on 4/17/07 with FedEx two day shipping. FedEx truck pulls up gives me a package and all that is included is the free PC game that was supposed to come bundled with the processor. I check their website and it says that the processor has not shipped. I checked and it said the item was in stock. I had already ordered all of the other components for my PC from NewEgg on the same day and they had already arrived. I sent an email to customer service and got a response telling me that that item was backordered and they did not expect to get any in until 4/24/07, and since they went ahead and shipped the free game I can't cancel the order. This experience sure did teach me not stray from NewEgg, I think I'll be sticking with them from now on."
"I was fairly happy with zipzoomfly until recently. I put them on par with NewEgg. What a mistake! They posted (and still do I believe) a "special deal": Buy a CoolMaxUSA power supply for $28 and get a rebate for that exact amount.
What they fail to state is that Coolmax requires an "invoice" but the paper work that ZIPZOOMFLY sends is considered a receipt. After 3 months, while the rebate shows as processing, a simple inquiry will change the status to rejected and everybody is off the hook! Great scheme!!!
Call ZIPZOOMFLY and you get "Sorry we don't help with rebates"
Call COOLMAX and they say "Sorry, it should have been an invoice"
Needless to say, both COOLMAX and ZIPZOOMFLY lost a customer."
