"I have ordered two things from them -- Corsair DDR2 RAM and a Corsair HX620 power supply -- in two separate transactions. The prices were very good, they ship for free, they ship quickly, they let customers know when items ship (via email), and the package comes quickly and well packaged. Needless to say, I am very happy with my transactions. EDIT: my girlfriend ordered something from them and they completely boofed the order. First, their online processing of her credit card did not work properly, so she used Paypal. Then they called her to confirm her address on her credit card. She called back, but they did NOT answer the phones, and they did not get back to her despite that she had left multiple messages. She cancelled the order, and she received a confirmation of the cancellation, but they charged her anyway. She got the charge taken off via Paypal, but her original credit card charge is still pending. Quite a mess. The moral of the story is that you should probably use Paypal up front; do NOT use their online credit card processing because the system is not very robust. More importantly, do not order from them if you foresee needing to interact with their customer service -- they have no customer service. Stick to NewEgg if you want customer service."

Cons:Have had some DOA's and it is a pain going through the hassle of sending back and getting replacement,especially if item is needed NOW. Do not like the 24hr waiting period to process order.

"Ordered a bulk LG 18x DVD burner on 05/01/07. Package arrived on 05/11/07. Opened box and noticed plastic wrap on burner was basically scrunched up instead of folded. Went to change jumper from manufacturer's default Cable Select to Master and it was already set to Master. Went to put drive in machine and noticed there were scratches along side of drive indicating it had been installed in a machine. Tried to rip a DVD with burner and the most it would rip at is 2x and then would go haywire. Drive was obviously used, returned, repackaged, and resold to me.
Contacted them on 05/15/07 telling them I want a prepaid shipping voucher to send the drive back because it's not just defective, it was used. (Per industry standard, I would have paid return shipping if item was simply defective.)
On 05/17/07 they sent me a form email with an RMA number and instructions telling me: "Ship insured and freight prepaid..." Sent them a letter telling them I'm not paying to return a defective used item that was sold to me as new.
On 05/18/07 they sent me a pre-paid FedEx RMA Return. Packaged drive up and sent drive off using RMA return they gave me. We'll see what happens now.
05/25/07 They sent me an email saying that they didn't have any more of those drives in stock and that they would issue a refund and drop the restocking fee. About a week later, a refund showed up on my credit card.
Overall, the transaction didn't end badly but it could have gone smoother. I'm a bit hesitant on using them in the future but I wouldn't rule them out."

"This is how you can get screwed out of your money. I purchased a motherboard from ZZF only to find that it did not have a feature that the manufacturer claimed. I thought "ok, no problem I'll just exchange it for another one". Guess what? ZZF doesn't carry a MB with the same chipset and dimensions. So now I have to return it for a refund, pay ZZF's restocking fee, pay return shipping and pay sales tax and shipping on a replacement MB from NewEgg. All this could have been avoided if ZZF would a) alter it's restrictive return policy or b) allow honest customer reviews on their site. I emailed ZZF Customer Service about this and received no response - of course. The moral of this story is to do your product research throughly before buying from ZZF."

"I had been using ZZF for years with no problems, but it seems as of late they've thrown their customer care down the tubes. They wait 10 days to accuse me of a fraudulent address even though they had sent to the exact same address not three weeks prior, refuse to update my address to the exact address on my credit card's file through e-mail, and then give me a phone number to call which promptly says, "all lines are 'busy', so instead of letting you wait a few minutes, leave us a message and we may or may not get back to you." I liked using this site to build machines, but obviously they don't want my business anymore.
Update 5/27. They haven't even had the common decency to call me back THIRTEEN DAYS after I left the message. I will NEVER shop from this store EVER again."
"First off, I've spend several thousand dollars purchasing from ZZF for roughly 3 years. Recently the orders have been taking longer and longer to ship out, which is annoying.
I had to get a motherboard immediately and ordered a part and paid for overnight shipping at roughly Noon PST which in my mind was PLENTY of time to get the order shipped out. It wasn't until 36 hours later that the package shipped.
This isn't ZZFs fault, but the FedEx had a flight delay so it took me 3 days to get an overnight delivery. If ZZF had shipped out sooner nothing would've happened, and I feel like that if I pay for overnight shipping, my package should go to the front of the line. I'm basically done with ZZF, their quality has been gradually declining."

"Great store. Had very competive prices. While they did not have the lowest price I could find on all the items I wanted, the total order price was lower than anyone elses. This was even before applying any of the rebates I got from them.
As the order amount was fairly large, they took the extra step of having me prove my idenity before they shipped my order. At the time I thought it was a little overboard, but after thinking about it, I was really glad they took that extra step."
