"I purchased a RAM upgrade from Zipzoomfly.com for my HP notebook using their memory configurator. When it arrived it did not fit, as it was the wrong memory, and I called to exchange it. I was told they do not offer exchanges, but I could return it for a refund minus a 15% restock fee. I was also told that they could not tell me which memory size/format my computer would require and that the reason for paying the restock fee was because "I" ordered the wrong item. I told them to keep the 15% and the shipping cost and I'd spend my money elsewhere with better customer service."

"I ordered a NAS enclosure and 4 drives to populate it, with overnight shipping(as cost was reasonable) After recieving the shipment, I was missing the NAS enclosure, and the packing list had that item listed as B/O. A phone call to thier customer service confirmed that this meant it was backordered. I never was contacted about any items being backordered, and my credit card was charged for the FULL AMOUNT of the order. There was no indication or communication, if the enclosure would ship at some point in the future, no mention of it being backordered on thier website even still."
