"The CPU, Motherboard, and RAM all arrived on time and in new retail packaging just as ordered. Their pricing is within a couple dollars of the very lowest prices out there and they offer free shipping which easily makes up for those couple dollars and they don't charge tax to TN residents unlike NE which saved another 9% on a $653 order. I've ordered CPU's and motherboards from ZipZoomFly back when they were named GoogleGear and have never been dissappointed.

I went to print out the $40 Rebate form on the Corsair RAM I bought and the rebate I got was not for the correct date of the RAM and I wrote an e-mail to ZZF and received a quick reply with the correct .pdf of the rebate for the date that I needed and a .pdf of a sales receipt. I was afraid they had a rebate listed with the product permaturely and I was going to be a little upset if that had been the case. Anyway, kudos to ZZF.

"Buyer Beware. If you have everything go right, wonderful. If not, WATCH OUT. THERE IS NO (ZERO) customer service, and when asked to call them back, all you get is voicemail. They do not respond to emails either. If you wish to cancel an order even in the processing phase, they claim you MUST do it online, BUT THERE IS NO WHERE TO CANCEL ONLINE. I think I am probably out $300, doubling my cost fr the part, but this is a lesson well learned. I have never heard of a restocking fee for wrong shipped parts, nor a restocking fee for defective parts. It seems that this is their poilcy. As I said, if you can afford to wait, this site may work for you, but if you require a part now, GO ELSEWHERE."

"I run a business here in hawaii and shipping cost is a big thing when ordering from the mainland. Zipzoomfly took care of me and their prices are great too. I paid like 10 bucks for 2nd day shipping to hawaii where newegg with the same parts wanted to charge me 40 bucks........

"DO NOT use these people. They are lying, un-caring people. I had a horrible first experience with them spending $1,700 and receive dead and missing products. I then fell for their attempt to make good on it which was a lie, as they were supposed to ship replacements next day and "Forgot" after I placed a new order. Here is an excerpt from the emails:

"Dear Ronan,



Have you considered doing an expedited replacement? You can purchase the motherboard and video card again and return the defective ones for a refund, so it’s basically a cross-shipment. Also, we can ship the new order to you 2nd day on us. At least this way you will still be eligible for the $30 rebate for the video card, since you’re placing a new order. Please advise…

So, after all this, I get screwed on $150 worth of rebates, get DOA hardware, and am tricked into ordering another one, taking their word on shipping, which was a lie. I'm telling you, this place sucks and is not worth the time it takes to load the friggin page.

"Placed order for motherboard online, said in stock, order progressed and payment withdrawn from my acct. Check online shows order packed and cannot be cancelled for 2 days, so I call customer service to get tracking number. Representative checks and says it is backordered, I ask how can it be packed if on backorder, he says that is the way it works. I ask to cancel, he says cannot that motherboard will be in again in few weeks and will be shipped then. I tell him to cancel and refund my money to my acct. he says he will try, but it will take 6-8 weeks to initiate. It is in limbo now, this is the WORST company to deal with, total idiots and a complete fraud, I am letting my bank handle the problem and filing complaints with every agency in the state against them."

"BUYER BEWARE... BUYER BEWARE... UPDATE AT BOTTOM
Awful Service doesn't due justice, no service is more accurate. I ordered ram for building a new PC. Over 90% of its parts came from this company. The ram was not delivered by FedEx. Called FedEx they said they would start an inquiry and to call ZZF. I did that got a hold of them and told them the deal they said not a problem they would start working with FedEx right away. They said to expect a week or so to get things figured out. Now they wont answer my E-mails or phone calls i have left many many messages. It seems as if they blocked my E-mail and do call screening. Now I am out over $200 dollars and don't have a working PC the parts I did receive from them are steadily depreciating in value daily. Either the customer service department all died or they don't feel correcting this mistake is worth my future business. I hope I can influence all to not buy from here tiger direct is safer. In the odd chance they correct this and I do not have to get my credit card company to dispute it and refund the money I will post a retraction documenting their explanation and action they took to correct this. I have purchased many things from them in the past with no problems before.

The final outcome of this was that I got nothing in return for the money I spent. They kept just enough to get me past the time frame my credit card company would dispute a claim. I did not know this until after they quit talking and told me to stop calling. I then went to take action through my card company and they said it had been to long and that it could not be disputed. This is apparently a typical method used by some companies who know these deadlines.

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS.

"Buyer BEWARE!!

When I contacted service to exchange my defective x1950 card they were very prompt, I specifically asked if I would get a BRAND spanking new card when this was returned and she said yes. But when I received the exchanged card it was in my old box with all the same stuff(I had marked the box)Now how can I feel comfortable with knowing it is new. They could have stuffed a return in there or a refurb, I have no idea; but NEW means getting a factory new box like when first ordered!! I will be returning to NEWEGG for all pc shopping! They do not handle exchanges or customer dis-satisfaction like this! When you do a return with newegg, they sent me a brand new box right off the shelf, not Supposedly throwing in a new item back into my old box and reshipping it to me. I feel like this is false statements when they claim a 30 day exchange for a new item.
I have exchanged several emails with a Ms. TAN and apparently they are not concerned with unhappy customers cause after voicing my complaint they are no longer responding!!
