"Ordered 1 x (80097-60) Corsair TWINX2048-3200C2PRO 2GB Kit DDR400 XMS3200 ProSeries Memory on Sunday PM Feb 11th. Waited 4 days (Thursday) for the item to ship, it showed as "Packed" on the website. I sent 2 emails to find out when it would be sent to me (Tuesday and Wednesday). I received no response by Thursday so I called customer service. They told me it was backordered and would not be in until the following week on Tuesday. If the item was backordered then the website should have indicated this and it did not. I should have at least received an email stating it was backordered. I am not happy they did not respond to either email and the customer service rep made no attempt to offer expedited shipping because of their error, or even seem apologetic on the phone. I purchase about 10,000 worth of computer equipment per year from another online retailer. I occasionlly use others to fill specific orders, I will not be turning to ZipZoomFly again."

"First of all it took a WEEK & 1/2 receive my order which I upgraded Fed-Ex Standard to 2nd Day! They didn't even send it out until the 8th business day! Then I received the WRONG ITEM! I put in an RMA request, never heard back from them! Couldn't reach anyone over the phone after trying several times throughout the days. Had to leave phone# & message (it was too busy with all the other people like me!) So fed up after a couple of days, I sent it back & told Fed-Ex to bill recipient & a week after that I finely got through on the phone to a real, live person. They told me they would charge me 15% restocking fee. I said that that was unacceptable because it was their error and requested to speak with a manager and was transfered to voice mail!!! It has now been over a month & I still have yet to receive any response of any kind or my refund -15% or not, lost over $100!!! WARNING DO NOT SHOP at ZipZoomFly!!! (If you don't believe me try calling their customer service number)"
"I placed my online order only to find an email 6 DAYS later that they have not shipped due to wanting a verification. I called and left a message as instructed and they never called back. I had a real hard time, calling numerous times to get a live person instead of the usual "no one can take your call so leave a message". I wanted to cancel my order but the Rep said they shipped it that morning. Now I was stuck having to wait another 5-7 days for it to be delivered. I guess the original verification was just some stall tactic, because I didn't ever verify anything.
DO NOT order anything from ZipZoomFly because they cannot be trusted to ship right away and you can hardly get to speak with a live person. Emails don't get answered either.

"After reading other comments left here I feel some what comforted with the fact I am not the only one who's been crapped on by this site. I ordered on 2-04-07, heard nothing for entire week. I emailed them with my qualm no reply but magically my order was changed to shipped, this was on 2-13-07!!!. An apparently I was charged on the 8th even though my account did not show till the 13th.
I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM ZIPZOOMFLY EVER AGAIN. They can go out of business for all I care. I will ONLY be a customer of another computer wares site from now on. Don't waste your time with these ppl, all they do waste yours."

"The recent reviewers don't lie. I placed an order for a motherboard on 2-4-07 (a sunday) that was listed as "in stock" and heard nothing out of zzf until wednesday night when they called to confirm my billing/shipping information. It then took another week for the motherboard to get here, 10 days in total. Kinda hard to start building a new computer when you have every other component that was ordered from other merchants AT THE SAME TIME and can't get the motherboard for it."
"I ordered on 02/03/2007 two "in stock" items. Since 02/03/2007 was a Saturday, I will give them two days. But I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. But I did receive an e-mail on the 8th, saying that my items had shipped. I received one item on the 13th. I am still waiting for the second item. Maybe I am spoiled by the excellent service I receive from Newegg, but it sure is taking a long time. I received the second Item on the 15th. The Adaptec SATA Raid card I ordered turned out not compatible with WD hard drives model numbers ending in JD. So I called them on the phone. Even though the card was a "BULK", "NO REFUND", "EXCHANGE FOR DEFECTS ONLY", item. Michael TRUONG replied to my phone call, (answered on second ring)with the following quote from his e-mail; "You can send this one back for refund. Once you ordered the new one, Please reply to me with the new order number and we will charge you only 15% for restocking fee instead of 25%. This is for non refundable items." Seems like a decent thing to do. I just wish my order had been processed faster. The estimated arrival chart on their site says 6-9 days for fedex 5-7 day service. My arrival dates were 8 and 10 days. Which is a long time for a customer to wait without his computer."

Something is definitely wrong and I think they are about to implode or something. You cannot get ANYONE to talk to and they do NOT respond to emails or voicemails.
The idea of them giving you an actual phone number to contact them is a farce. You get an answering machine and no answers.
I placed an order that was time sensitive (gift for a b-day) and requested 2-day shipping. Order showed up as GROUND and still hasn't shipped fully
FIVE (5) business days from when I first placed order even though item showed up as IN-STOCK on merchant's website.
I had to buy the item elsewhere and now have my funds in Paypal dispute which I opened days ago and ZipZoomFly has not even responded to PayPal's dispute communications!!!
Stay away from this SINKING SHIP of a MERCHANT."
