After several days I called and was told that they had completed the investigation and were not going to do anything about the shortage. I have had to filed a dispute with my credit card company to try to get my money back."

Bought parts for full computer. The motherboard Asus P5W DH Deluxe $219.99 It had so many problems with it, had to RMA it.
They told me it would be over 2 weeks to get a replacement. So they told me I could purchase another one and send this one back - COST ME $12.00 TO SHIP. I finally get my refund – But it is only $189.99 WHERE'S MY $30.00? They charged me a $30.00 restocking fee!
Called them a few times to get the RMA#, the replacement order, then my money back - what a pain to get a hold of them. They put you on hold forever and then it says to leave your phone number and they will call you back. Hahaha, It's been over 30 days and still no call back. I have made over 50 phone calls to this company and only talked to 3 LIVE PEOPLE.

"Very disappointed in this store. This is the first and last time to order. I read about store in a computer magazine then went to the website to look. I ordered a power supply because of the pretty good price and fre shipping. I ordered it on the 2nd of February, the money was deducted from my checking account on the 7th of February but it was not shipped till the 21st of February. After deliver days it will be close to a month before I receive my part. I called and emailed numerous times but did not receive a response by phone until the 19th of February (12 days after I paid for it). I didn't know it took almost 2 weeks to varify an address. They did not seem overly concerned."

"I ordered a hard drive from ZipZoomFly on 02/08/07. The unit arrived damaged and it was apparent that it was done prior to shipping. I e-mailed them but have yet to recieve a reply, so I called to get a RMA. I had to pay them to ship it back, and they do not due cross shipment. So here it is the 21st and still no useable hard drive. This used to be a very good company but not anymore. Avoid at all costs. "

"Have purchased from them many times in the passed and never have had a problem. Online ordering is quick, processing time takes a day usually if not less. Only problem I've had which others have had is depending on the local Fedex delivery can be problematic. Website is quick and to the point, skipping all the flash garbage."
"ZipZoomFly used to be good. My last order and the six month rating on this site seem to indicate that this is no longer the case. The order included a set of speakers that were sent in a thin cardboard box unsuitable for shipping across the country. ZipZoomFly acknowledged no fault, insisted on a restocking fee, and promised a shipping label that I never received. Even after a persistent effort on my part , ZipZoomFly proved too clueless to address the issue."
"I ordered a 133x 2Gb Corsair ultra low power SD card last weekend. It was scheduled to arrive Friday. FedEx listed it as delivered at 10:41am, but when I arrived home at 5:15 it was not there, or at any of my neighbors' houses. I called and put in a trace with FedEx and they have not finalized it and won't until tomorrow. I emailed ZipZoomFly this morning to let them know that the item had never reached the customer and that they would need to file a claim. I am yet to hear back from them and I am interested to see how they handle this.
Update 3/19/07: My credit card has issued permanent credit for the item. It took 3 calls to ZZF, 5 calls to FedEx and 4 calls to DiscoverCard to get this sorted out. In the end, I bought the item from Newegg, for $4 less and had it in 48 hours. The ZZF experience cost me close to 4 hours. I did get through to ZZF quickly though, which is nice, but they didn't file the claim with FedEx as quickly as they said they would. Overall, they handled it fairly well."
