"Stay Away from ASAP, this company is run by Con-Artists, it took close to 4 hours to book my wifes flight. The only reason I used this service is because of all the commercials for years on the Filipino Channel so I though it must be decent. Wow was I wrong.
I was sitting on Google Flights the whole-time comparing prices while my agent was helping me. The only reason I used them was because I needed one round trip and one, one way trip that would be booked together on the way back. The problem was every time I found a flight that I wanted the agent would spend 30 minutes or more getting things ready then she would come back the airline no longer has seats available. We did this repeatedly until we finally hit over 4 hours on the phone, and I was so tired and frustrated I finally agreed to a flight just to make it end.
Normally I would have hung up and moved on, but I had to book the flight that day. So, they finally sent me the link for payment for the first ticket, I asked about the insurance payment as I did not need it because my credit card covers everything. She said it was free so I wouldn’t have to pay it, but she lied I was charged. Then to take it up another notch, they want a tip, she said tips are the only payment they get and basically guilted me into the tip, so I paid it.
Then I got the second bill for the other flight, and this one also had insurance and she kept telling me to listen to her and not to look at the bill first. At this point I know I am being extorted but I am too tired to start over again. She gave me the of how important and how much I needed the insurance completely ignoring the fact that my credit card company covers it. To make the nightmare end I said fine and again with the tip. I cannot believe what a bunch of crooks ASAP are. I compared everything and basically paid a lot more than I should of, and to guilt and basically extort people to get their flights is unacceptable.
ASAP advertises on their website, commercials, ads, everywhere they are the cheapest and save your money, that is a complete lie! They use tactics to scam you and charge you more than you would normally pay anywhere else. I would have taken action but the agent said she had full control to the flights and could make changes anytime so I was worried of what she might do if I took action.
Lastly, the most important thing about the flight home was that the seats needed to be together, and the agent said as soon as I made the payments, she would take care of it. Days later she never took care of the seating, fortunately we booked on EVA and I was able to change the seating.
Overall, this was a disaster and this company is a very bad company and you should stay far, far, far, away.

Will alert everyone I know to don’t do business with ASAP. On top you have to tip them for a job that definitely they are getting pay.
