I have used this company for so many years and bought so many tickets. last ticket they told me to only buy a one-way because I had a return credit with the same company but they forgot to mention that it was due so I ended up paying $3,000 and no return because the agent was incompetent. I call them they tell you they apologize but they can't do anything. Unacceptable. you don't do this to a loyal customer"
