"I paid for a tickey to Abuja but by the time I got my itenary after 2 days I found out that I was booked to Lagos. I called my agent forwarded our correspondences to her to prove that she booked me to the wrong destination but she told me that I will pay $250 for each ticket for her to cancel the ticket and rebook me. I called customer service and nothing was done. I have sent proof of the link I sent to the agent that got me the ticket showing clearly that I am travelling to Abuja still ASAP has not done nothing. I will table my case before an attorney for advice on how to proceed with this case since ASAP does not want admit their error and route me to my destination. I will not recomend ASAP to any one cuz customer service was not helpful. "
