"Today was my husbands birthday and I ordered berries well in advance. They claim thry attempted to deliver and no one was home but it was wrong house. 3 people were home at my house! They refused to come out and said they will come tomorrow. Today is my husbands 65th birthday. Not tomorrow. They could care less. It was their fault they didnt find correct house. "5 minutes after placing my order online I tried to modify it but couldn't do it online so I called to talk to a customer service representative and was told they couldn't help me even though my order was not being delivered till 2 weeks later. I did and online chat and every time I was getting somewhere I was told I had to start a new chat because the previous person had lost contact with me, so for over 2 hours I was having to explain my situation to 3 different people. I never got my order modify, I did receive my order but I am not happy with this current order. I order from Shari's berries several times a year but will rethink about doing it in the future "

Your company assured me that the gifts would be delivered August 15th for my sisters Birthday.
No delivery was made. Nobody contacted me and I even contacted customer service earlier today to make sure she would get it and again they assured me it would arrive by 8pm. I called your number and they told me they apologized but they were out of the gift items and could deliver tomorrow the 16th??? I needed it for the 15th NOT THE 16TH!
This is the worst business I have ever dealt with and will NEVER order again from your company or anything from Flowers.com.

"I wanted to thank my wonderful dental team and looked up EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS, which I have always had great success with. “SHARIS BERRIES “ was the first option, owned by 1-800-FLOWERS and I figured, incorrectly, these places were all much the same. I orders TWO DOZEN chocolate covered strawberries, a Thank You, mylar balloon, the address of the dentist, and felt happy !
Until the following afternoon, when a box of ONE DOZEN CHOCOLATE COVERED STRAWBERRIES, a Thank you mylar balloon and a note with my words on it, arrived at MY HOME ADDRESS ( another state over) .
Not only did they send the order to the billing address, they cheated me out of if the extra dozen strawberries I ordered for everyone in the office!
They would never have told me !

"Truly dissatisfied and disappointed w/the service. They do the exact OPPOSITE of their Slogan.
Placed an order on the 15th to get delivered on the 17th. Gave it time and waited to see if it’ll come w/no one even contacting to apologize and state there was an issue.
Called early in the morning on the 18th (before 1pm) and she had no sympathy nor offered any sort of compensation for the issue. Stated it would be delivered SAME DAY and gave me a confirmation number.
Again… we waited and nothing…
Called after 8pm to ask what exactly happened and never NOT ONCE did I get an exact answer as to why the company was having such a difficult time delivering strawberries!
The rep. gave me another confirmation for it to be delivered on the 19th (again WAY before 1pm). I had to ask for a full refund and for it to still be delivered because I was patient and I gave Sharis Berries MANY opportunities to rectify the situation.
The 19th came and I was calling every 3 to 4hrs. to get an update and to try to nudge them to contact the local company with no avail.
Each time I called I got a different answer that the company did not have a contact number and could only message or vice versa. Like how can you not contact a company that you have representing your much bigger company?!
After it not being delivered for the 3rd TIME I called around 8pm and this last rep. I talked to stated that they canceled my order because I requested a full refund… Why is this rep. telling me this when I have gotten 3 DIFFERENT CONFIRMATIONS way before our conversation! It made absolutely no sense. I asked to speak to a Supervisor/Manager and I was placed on hold for more than 20mins.
This “manager/supervisor” apologized but could not give me a straight answer again as to why there has been such an issue with this order and why that rep. stated my order was canceled.
He once again stated he’ll place another order and instead of next day delivery I asked for it to be delivered on Saturday (to give the company time to process the order).
Tell me how I received a message on 05.21 stating that they “attempted” to deliver and they will try again.
We have cameras all around the property and not once after reviewing the footage did anyone come up to the door.
I understand w/COVID that many companies are experiencing staffing shortages, etc.
but I believe the company (both Sharies Berries and their local company) should at LEAST contact the purchaser that they are having difficulties and apologize for the delay.
Did that ever happen on their side?
No. Not once. I had to call in order to get an update and an “apology.”
What would have happened if I just let it be from the 1st confirmation/old placed on the 15th? Honestly I do believe nothing and they would have pocketed the money.
Truly Truly Disappointed and Will NEVER recommend this company (who is apart of the 1-800-Flowers BRAND) to ANYONE!

I'm not the only one who had issues like this, look at their posts...it's a common issue.
I received them from a sweet friend who knew I needed the pick me up. Only to arrive a day early, left on the ground, in direct sunlight vs my porch. (Pictures were hours after before I realized ants were on them, I was just gonna refreeze"
"I’ve always been a fan of Shari’s Berries. Ordered them many times for friends and family. For Mothers Day I ordered my usual dozen berries to be sent to my birth mother. The delivery date was set for Friday through Sunday. I noticed an option to include a bouquet of flowers. Great addition for Mother’s Day. When I added the flowers it also indicated that they would be delivered Friday through Sunday. The berries arrived on Friday before Mother’s Day. When I tracked the delivery for the bouquet I found out that they would not be delivered until Tuesday after Mother’s Day. When I called to ask why the flowers were not being delivered as promised, there was not a reason even given. I was told they could cancel the flowers and refund my money, but by this time I had no other options. When they arrived on Tuesday the bouquet I ordered in no way resembled the ones received. Very disappointed! I will order berries again from Shari’s Berries, but I will never add the flowers to my order."
"I have placed my LAST order with this company. I used to love sending berries to friends and family for special occasions. I recently placed 2 separate orders within weeks of each other. Both times, I was on the phone an inordinate amount of time repeating myself over and over to someone that could not seem to understand what I was saying and then blamed me for an incorrect email address. The entire time it sounded like a party was going on in the background. The email was not even close to mine and was a completely different name. The representative insisted I provided that email. One order took 45 minutes to place and the other 40 minutes. What is going on with that company? Their arrogant and incompetent customer service is going to drive them out of business. Aren’t they reading their customer’s reviews?
I can guarantee there will be a problem with one or both of these orders. One thing is certain- never will I order from Sharri’s Berries again!"
