"I ordered a Canon T3i November 20th and received an initial email and then nothing. Their email gives a cryptic response to call the 888 number.So I tried to call. And called, and called. They rarely answer the phone, or it just disconnects when you select anything to do with customer service. Tip - select the sales number and you may get someone to help you. The original "account" information on their web page of your status never changes from "transferred". I finally got an email saying the order has been filled and I would be getting a tracking number soon. I never got a tracking number. The camera just showed up Friday, December 7th. It came with a battery, although a sales guy tried to sell me one because he said it did not come with one. It appears to be in an OEM box and I have not tested it yet. I have no idea who the one year warranty is with, I just hope it works past a year.In any case, the experience was just not what I would expect from a web sale in 2012. Yes, I was attracted by the low prices. But next time I will buy where the communication is better."
