The price for the whole package was so incredible (and trust me being a student on loans, I checked around ), that I ended up purchasing it. When I called to check about the order, the customer service was extremely helpful and helped me put together more pieces to the set for a great price. And once again, I checked around to confirm this. In addition, they forgot to add my memory USB drive with the package. When I called about it, they had it shipped in two days. "Hi, On Dec.12,2012, I sent a review which I would like to change & rate BestPricePhoto as poor service. I had praised Mickey, but now find that he is very dishonest. He tricked me into writing him a good review & I now regret that. After he sold me a "package" for the Nikon D5100 with filters, he sent me the wrong size uv filter & he promised to sent the correct filter after I sent the review, but I have not received it as of this day. Mickey will not respond to my many emails or phone calls. I have returned the incorrect filters & I expected to receive the new filters shortly after they received the returned items. I am very disappointed & angry for being fooled by Mickey. Companies depend on good customer service, & this stinks!"

"HORRIBLE experience with these guys. I ordered a Canon 7D from them on special for $1289. I got an email that I should call them and verify my credit card information due to the purchase amount being "large". When I called them, I was immediately upsold on a high speed memory card and an "extended life battery". I received no invoice from them after the phone call specifying what I was going to receive, so I sent them an email back verifying what I would be receiving (sketchy on their end). I was supposed to receive a Canon "extended life battery", a high speed memory card capable of capturing video, and the Canon 7D body. The battery was $149 on "special" and the memory card was $145.99 "on special" as well. When I received my package, they had sent me a $3.99 battery (junk) and a regular speed memory card. I thought maybe they had just messed up the order when they were filling it, so I contacted customer service, and they said they would send out the correct stuff right away. A week and a half later, I received the SAME junk from them. After I received the junk AGAIN, I attempted on numerous occasions to contact their customer service department. The phone is ALWAYS busy, or you get put on hold indefinitely, or they are closed. Good luck. I wrote them an email and said I would be opening a credit card dispute with them unless they contacted me, and they never called me. I said I would be returning the junk they sent me and expected a full refund of the money they owed me on the battery and memory card. They responded via email with an RMA number and address. I shipped off the items, and they got sent back to me with a "no such address exists" note from the USPS. I called Canon and asked them if an "extended battery" existed for their cameras, and they said that there was no such thing. Their stock battery is the only model for the camera, and there is no extended life battery option. They also verified that Best Price Photo is not actually a verified distributor for Canon. Save your money and buy from someone else, unless you like credit card disputes, horrible customer service, complete dishonesty from their sales department, and being sold junk at high prices.
Final note: when they sent me an RMA number, they also sent me an invoice that displayed the memory card only being valued at $49, and the battery being valued at $49, and the camera being valued at $1499. Totally dishonest attempt at ripping me off... My camera arrived with no Canon factory manual. Canon factory manuals cannot be purchased from Canon. Canon told me that it is typical for unauthorized dealers to remove the factory manual from the Canon box before shipping (for reselling?). Also, since Best Price Photo is not an authorized Canon dealer, there is no warranty on the camera (per Canon). If in doubt, call Canon. Their customer service is great, you will not be put on hold indefinitely, and they will answer all your questions. Make sure you order an expensive camera from an authorized Canon distributor or you will have no warranty on your camera. And don't get upsold on "extended life batteries". No such thing exists!
Update: customer service called me today after I left the review. They tried to bribe me to take it down by offering half of the value (that I paid, or $150) of the battery and memory card. I refused their offer and told them my credit card company would be contacting them to discuss. I am only returning the portion of the sale that was incorrect and am keeping the camera. The sales rep told me the fine print on their returns indicated a "minimum" restocking fee of 10% and threatened to increase it to as much as 30% if I did not take their offer. I told him good luck with my credit card company. The comment of "promotional" battery is simply a lie. I paid $149 for a 3 dollar battery (the one they sent me). And I paid $145.99 for a $49 memory card. They "delivered" the same junk twice. That is all they delivered. I caught them and they are mad... End of story."
