That day someone from the co. called me to say that my order was being processed. Again, I have heard nothing and have no idea if my order is being processed or not. "My wife got a D90 SLR camera from BestPricePhoto.com. The reason why i love them is due to their online security. I have no idea how these guys figured it out that she was doing this transaction out of country. They immediately placed the order on hold.. After a week when we called them realizing our order was not processed they got the transaction verified again and in 2 days time the stuff was delivered. The price was fair too. The only complaint i had was i was not notified when my transaction was on hold. "
"NYC photo stores are always risky to do business with...some are better than others. BestPricePhoto is at the bottom of the barrel. I placed my order and got an immediate confirmation e-mail. I waited a week with no activity on the order. I called and got turned over to the "closer". He is the guy who tells you that they aren't going to honor the prices on the web site and won't fill your order unless you want merchandise without a USA warrantee...despite the fact that they claim that all their stuff has a USA warrantee on their home page. When asked about that, he said that that just meant their store warrantee. If you really want USA warrantee, the price is much higher....classic bait and switch. These guys are permanently off my future purchase list and should not be rewarded with your dollars either. They are as dishonest as an organization can get."

Funds have not been withdrawn from my account and the 888 phone number does not connect. I have no idea if this is a legitimate business or if I should call my bank to report possible fraud.
