"When I first placed my order I gave my PO Box for a deliver address & after seeing no charge on my credit cart for the lens I purchased I called customer service & was very lucky to have Roger (Ext 301) take my call. After giving Roger my street address he gave my tracking number. When the camera lens arrived the proper UV lens protector was not with the lens so I called customer service & this time I asked for Roger. Both times Roger was very courteous & professional. He also asked me if I rec'd the warranty with the lens which I wasn't aware & he upgrading it from a 3 year to a 5 year for me.
