"BestPricePhoto.com is the worst seller online I dealt with. I ordered a new NIKON J-1 from them.The camera had a Lens Malfunction after one week I had it. I Returned camera for Refund and it took two months to get a partial refund,BPP slashed $101 and I did NOT get any explanation. They have a suppose to be 100% money back guarantee, but they will still RIP YOU OFF...Beware they sell stuff withouth USA warranty."

"Recently I have ordered a DSLR Nikon Camera. Along with that also ordered 16GB Sanddisk, but I was not aware that normal disk won't work. So Micky (from BestPPricePhoto) company called me and explained me that I need HD disk inorder to use it for DSLR. So got couple of calls for my credit card info and other info. I was thinking that these guys were calling me just before the day I was supposed to get my package (3 billing days), so thought my package won't come on schedule and was bit worried with that. To my surprise I got my camera on time and with all the accessories packed. I was really so happy with their service. It was really awsome. The camera also is in good condition and is working so fine. I really like their service and will certainly recommend their services to my friends."

"I got quicksaled by Micky. Stay away from BPP at all cost. The first thing they did was bait and switch. They had the Canon G10 video for 50 dollars cheaper than anyone else but upon inspection of my purchase - I was charged the same as everyone else. How? Micky told me he would give me the higher capacity battery with my purchase but he failed to mention (the higher up manager told me this when I called to complain) that micky, when I said sure, what he did was exchange the cheaper japanese version in a plain box with the equipment directly from Canon - which I did not know but cost me that 50.00 so did I get the extra batter thrown on or not? NOT! That is illegal btw. He talked so fast when I was buying the Canon G10 video camera and made me think I was getting a great deal. NOT!! Mickey told me that one 16GB card was 100 but he would give me 2 at that price. He went on to tell me all the savings I would be getting. Once my stuff came in I found out that the same brand card (exactly) was only $16.00 for one! Ditto for the recharger, the extra battery, etc. Also, when I got my items in there was not a breakdown of each item but only a one price for all, making it impossible to know what each cost. I had to go back to BPP and talk to another salesman to find out what individual prices ewere and that saleman gave me a whole different price list, one more in line with the market. I was openly and deliberately ripped off. I returned the items and they charged me a 10% restocking charge but in adding that up they charged me more than the 10% - should I have expected anything more honest! Honest to God, do not deal with Micky. Do not allow quicktalksalestalk making it seem you are saving money by buying this and that. I have purchased high priced items online for years and this is the worst customer abuse I have ever seen. I not only lost 207.00 in restocking charges I had to pay 61.00 to have it shipped back insured and registered. It was a costly 268 dollar mistake but I learned my lesson. I have already talked to 3 friends who also buy photo equipment and have had them tell other equipment buyers - stay away from BPP. Hey BPP- you may have stolen 207.00 from me on restocking charges but you have lost way more in customers who told me they will not buy from you anymore and in turn are spreading the word about Micky and your way of dealing with customers. BTW, this is the very first time I have ever written a review in that I try to give the seller the benefit of the doubt so does this tell you anythng? At the very least monitor Micky and find out for yourselves. You know, I think I am going to go ahead and write the top dog of your company and see if he.she/they are aware of this openly brazen illegal way of dealing with customers."

"Horrible!!!!! Order 2K worth of goods 10 days later called and was told it would be there next day but never came. Order was placed on May 1, 2012, 2-3 business days to ship means that the items would ship by MAY 4, 2012. Item didn't ship until May 18, 2012 and then it was scheduled to take 7-9 days. Customer service us open only 3 hours a day so good luck. When you do connect it is like talking a carnival husler, always trying to work a deal for you to part with more money. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
