"I was first nervous placing my order because I did not receive any emails regarding the order and the tracking number but in time all checked out. My AOL account was spitting it out as spam. The upgraded shipping was slower than I thought but it did arrive in around 8 days. My Nikon d7000 kit I found out was imported and a grey market distrubution which I learned after the fact and that NIKON USA does not cover it but you must go through dealer. Bestpricephoto is an authorized dealer. Make sure you ask that question when you buy the product...you have the usa warranty upgrade option for more money. I have learned you need to ask a lot of questions but at the end I would say my rep Raymond handled all my concerns and was very professional in working with me. "
"Never again. Mickey tried to force all kinds of additional items and I finally bought a battery just to get off the phone. He charged me $70 for $25 battery so I returned it and was still charged an extra $20 above stated camera price. (Got $50 back from a $70 charge for the battery. The camera was supposed to be $380 shipped but ended up paying $400.) I had to call and request a copy of my receipt. Difficult situation all around."

The SD card reader that came with the package started to have problems reading the files off the card so I called customer service and they were very helpful on trying to pinpoint the problem and were more than happy to replace the defective item.
