"We ordered a 5D MKII on March 15th. Got a phone call about it being an import camera and we'd need to pay an additional $250 for the domestic. The difference being where it was serviced. I declined and bought the import camera - still got the domestic. Good for me but it makes me wonder if someone wasn't being truthful and trying to scam an additional $250. Also payed for 2 Day shipping and it didn't arrive until the 20th. Called about that and was offered to cancel the order causing it to be brought back to the NY office then re-shipped with the offical 2 day shipping (an absurd solution). Camera did arrive. Camera was in good condition. Product was new as advertised. Mainly bad customer service. *I was contacted minutes after writing this review and received an apology for the problem with the shipping (which is all I really expected). People make mistakes. Not owning them makes their character questionable. BestPricePhoto.com did their best to make things right."
