The camera arrived about 15 days after purchase. I opened the camera box to begin playing with our new toy and realized that there was no battery pack inside the camera. We were told that bestpricephoto would ship a our battery pack to us in 7-10 business days on 1/16/12. We now stand at 16 business days after this promise with no email response confirming our battery shipment and of course no battery pack to use with our camera. Yesterday, I finally broke down and purchased the battery pack at a local camera store for $75! Not the savings that I had hoped for when I purchased from BestPricePhoto.com. I would not deal with these frauds ever again. I imagine that this same website has sold our battery pack separately to someone else and long since made their extra profit. I will likely make a complaint with the BBB to warn others of how this company operates!"
